Chekkit is one THE BEST SMS system that we've had
Over the last year, singing up with Chekkit has been a huge help to our company. Every interaction I have with the team is a pleasent one and I'm confident that they have my back when it comes to any request I have.Since originally signing up with 3 radio stations, we've grown with chekkit and have brought other brands on board.
- Above all of the great features provided by Chekkit, it is their customer support and service that really helps them shine and blows me away
- Working with our representative and the team to come up with solutions to various issues is amazing
- The team really understands what we are trying to accomplish with the system and work all hours of the day to make sure that we are taken care of
- Find customer service like this is difficult, which makes me constantly recommend Chekkit to industry peers
- There are too many negatives with the Chekkit system, and whenever issues have happened, the team has had solutions along the way
- We've broken Chekkit multiple times with the amount of engagement we get as a radio station and they constantly have our backs
- The only negative I can say is that the insights and analytics with our accounts don't function the way that'd like, to properly see our analytics on demand (they are working on this though)

Ferris Lane Dental review
Experience is ok. A lot of patents won’t do the review even though they have consent at the appointment so that feels efforts are wasted.
- The thing I like the most is the access to other companies reviews
- The thing I liked the least is that there is no link between checkkit and my dental software and this haer is responsible for sending the review
- It is sometimes hard to remember to send out a review but if there was a link between the two to have the patient selected without the user typing in all the info

Easy - Inexpensive to the point
It's easy and they are not trying to charge you an arm and a leg for review management. Way worth the price.
This is great platform to have a chat available on the website and send review request easily, quickly to the point
- We would like a better, bigger chat symbol on our website

No Brainer Product for Reviews and Text Communication
For the price, it is a no brainer for a small business that has customers that like to text questions.
- I like that our office number is also a number that can be texted
- All communication can go to a general inbox that can be assigned to a team member
- I have no complaints with Chekkit
- It has met all our needs for this area of our business

Podium was expensive. It was the exact same product as Chekkit for 4-5x the cost. You are also on a contract with Podium and you are not with Chekkit.

Chekkit makes texting visitors and customers EASY!
Our regulars customers can leave messages and know that we will reply with the information they need. Our new visitors see that there is someone at the other end providing answers to their questions rapidly.
- With Chekkit, we can be reached quickly and therefore respond just as fast
- There is a trace of texting correpondance
- The service is great and the whole system is easy to use
- Nothing to report all has been fine since day one

Chekkit works!
Largely excellent! A few minor issues have come, but the support staff appears to be right on it, from billing to more technical matters. Long story short, they are a valued partner that helps our brand reputation eclipse that of our competitors in five US states.
- We use Chekkit for soliciting client reviews via text and email, and the integration with our Google My Business and Facebook pages is remarkably slick and easy to use
- While Chekkit has many other features, getting reviews with a one-stop, predictable, effective solution is as good as it gets
- Like all software providers, Chekkit occasionally makes updates that need your attention so the features continue to work smoothly as intended
- I would say a little communication or announcement would be appreciated
- However, having said that, most of the changes have been easy and intuitive to figure out and solve for
