Great software for any small business
My overall experience has been great and I would highly recommend it
- Easy to use for businesses as well as clients
- We have received a significant increase in reviews The chat feature has changed our business for the better
- The contacts don’t always migrate properly
- Sometimes it only transfer a email or phone number but not both

Boost Reviews & Communication with Birdeye
Many of my clients have been using Birdeye for several years and have grown to love the easy communication with customers via the platform. We appreciate the auto-review request setup which allows us to resolve potential issues when customers have complaints offline. We have received excellent support from our Customer Success Managers and appreciate the transparent reporting. Overall, we have seen our reviews skyrocket and rating improve. Much credit goes to correcting problems before they turn into one star reviews.
- The pros of using Birdeye include automated review and survey requests
- We appreciate the way the request is formatted with "Green" for a review for positive experiences sent to Google or Facebook and the "Red" for less than satisfied customers that comes in as direct feedback
- I also appreciate the auto-responses to reviews
- A the store level, the sales team appreciate being able to text and send quotes via the platform
- We also love that all messages, emails, webchats, etc
- come into one inbox
- Integration issues with our CRM has been an on-going trial, but the blame falls on our CRM rather than Birdeye
- Mass texting campaigns are a separate cost and are kind of expensive

Not what it seems
In my opinion, there's several other services out there far more beneficial the experience I had it was very overpriced for what I was paying for. I'm sure it'll do somebody some good but my experience as a small business. No, I would not do it again and I would not recommend it to a friend or colleage.

- I gave it a shot
- I gave them more than a year just not working out
- I'm not satisfied at all
- The lack of customer service it seemed like you couldn't get a word and all they did was talk never really nothing listen I had several conversations about changing some plans
- It seems like they were so money driven and impossible to cancel

Long Term Customer + Fan!
We moved to Birdeye from a similar platform. They were able to import all information from our prior platform to theirs, which was a huge plus. Onboarding team was on top of things. Our account rep has always been friendly, helpful and available. We have dug deeper into the features over time, as there are many and that can be overwhelming when tackling them all at once. Overall, it has been a very positive experience.
- I like the fact that they are continually trying to innovate
- The core product does exactly what we need to help us capture more online reviews, communicate virtual and capture actionable insights
- As we've been a customer longer, we see them leaning deeper into AI components that can produce more robust data and insights
- The rep that handles our account is also very responsive and helpful when we do have issues
- We can track how many leads go from Birdeye to converted sales and it shows the true value for the money we get with our investment every monthly
- When signing on with Birdeye, setup was well handled
- However, we tried to work on some custom features that took much longer than expected
- It did eventually come to fruition but much later than anticipated
- Rely on the core product as your gage for your decision and you will save some of the hassle we experienced

We had run into some performance issues that we did not feel were addressed in a timely manner. Our initial account rep was great, but all the others we were passed around by afterwards did not match up to our initial experience.

Great service for getting quality reviews!
Overall I have had a great experience with Birdeye. My clients find a ton of success from integration and bulk importing client lists. We have been able to obtain quality reviews at a much higher rate than before. It's also nice to be able to handle everything in one place including making qr codes, responding to reviews, track reviews, etc.
The ease of asking for reviews for my clients, the AI feature for responding to reviews, the QR code generator for printing and using physical copies for my clients
- Occasionally can't integrate for some clients, but this doesn't happen very often
- Other than that I don't have any complaints
- Support is very helpful if any issues arise

Strong Partner Opportunity with Birdeye for Agencies
Overall, our agency is pleased and we have increased sales and interest in our offering because of their product. We had a much simpler software before and now we have new features like listings, insights, more AI features, referrals, Webchat etc
- The breadth of features and are account management and personal care as a business partner would be the top two features
- We finally have a world class product that is easier to sell and compete with other software providers
- They have a huge sales team so we often have to compete with them head to head for the biggest and best leads
- This competition during our partnership has been a point of contention and it makes things awkward and confusing

Agency growth with Birdeye
My experience with Birdeye has been great over the years and I have grown my business significantly because of the partnership with Birdeye that I have had.
- I have always liked the Integrations, and ease of use of the platform
- My clients all have different EMR's and the Birdeye team has always gone out of their way to make sure that the integrations and automations were running smoothly
- Support can be clunky or move slowly sometimes
- I know it can be very complicated with a lot of tickets coming in but the communication and time to correct issues is a little tough sometimes

Easy to use and adopt - team was quickly onboarded and could take action both in setting up the reportings and gaining visibility but also to start responding and managing
Comprehensive tool to manage publicly available reviews, evaluations, display and findability of brand and business / stores / locations; nicely combines analytics with capabilities to manage and respond to create a positive public image
Some of the functionality is heavily focused on social media in the original sense but not fully integrated into displaying and managing reviews or descriptions on booking platforms
