Reviews and Posting Made Easy

One stop shop for all of our reviews. Also the syndication of reviews across all of our sites is also extreamly helpful!

What they liked

Social validation is key so the Okendo system really helps us grab reviews from our committed clients

Room for improvement

The system doesnt have a free option so you need to have some level of business before you want to get started

When we moved to Shopify this was the system that the head office wanted us to migrate to

Solid review app for non-syndicated stores!

I was really happy with the software and didn't have any complaints with it - we just had evolving needs as a company, that Okendo wasn't equipped to meet. Syndication capability with our retail partners was the key one.

What they liked

Easy to moderate, manage and respond to reviews, really polished AI responses, and integrated well with our helpdesk software

Room for improvement

Syndication with key retailers was not possible, and the ability to do it manually was more expensive than competitors who could automate the syndication

We switched to save money, primarily, but liked the interface of Okendo better.

Easy to use and brands have a lot of control!

Great experience overall! Okendo checks all the boxes that our previous review platform, Trustpilot, couldn't do. I also like the other capabilities Okendo has beyond reviews but we have not dipped into that yet.

What they liked

Easy integration with Shopify, it looks really nice on the site, easy to use, prioritizes product review generation and works in favor of the brand - we have more control over our reviews

Room for improvement
  • Review request templates don't look the nicest

Trust pilot was expensive, didn't give brands a lot of control over their reviews, and didn't have features we needed.

Excellent Platform with Responsive Support and User-Friendly Features
