One stop shop for all of our reviews. Also the syndication of reviews across all of our sites is also extreamly helpful!
Social validation is key so the Okendo system really helps us grab reviews from our committed clients

Solid review app for non-syndicated stores!
I was really happy with the software and didn't have any complaints with it - we just had evolving needs as a company, that Okendo wasn't equipped to meet. Syndication capability with our retail partners was the key one.
Easy to moderate, manage and respond to reviews, really polished AI responses, and integrated well with our helpdesk software
Syndication with key retailers was not possible, and the ability to do it manually was more expensive than competitors who could automate the syndication

Love Okendo for my reviews!
Service is top notch, integration is awesome, can't say enough good things!
It's a greatly automated email management tool that integrates with other platforms too

Easy to use and brands have a lot of control!
Great experience overall! Okendo checks all the boxes that our previous review platform, Trustpilot, couldn't do. I also like the other capabilities Okendo has beyond reviews but we have not dipped into that yet.
Easy integration with Shopify, it looks really nice on the site, easy to use, prioritizes product review generation and works in favor of the brand - we have more control over our reviews
- Review request templates don't look the nicest

- There isn’t much to dislike
- If I had to mention something, perhaps a few more built-in customization options could make things even easier, but it hasn’t been a real challenge
