My overall experience has been great. The app lets me get notifications on my phone and tablet. They have a desktop app that I haven't tried yet.

It's been a really good experience. I've been with Consolto for almost 4 years I think and my business has grown because of their service. I rely on them.
- There are many things I love about Consolto
- First, it is very affordable, had many needed features for my growing business, and the support is excellent
- What I like least about Consolto is very superficial
- When you log in the logo appears as it's logging in
- LOL
- There are some features that it does not have, but the support assured me that the Consolto development team are working on adding them

Annual Subscription that You Can't Cancel
The software does what it is supposed to do and is easy to install. My problem was with the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the sales team. I bought a year's subscription to get the best price. After a few months, we realized that the general public is not ready to do instant video from a website. However, we had already paid for the full year that we were unable to use. They sent us an invoice a year later for the next year. We responded to cancel, and they told us that they don't give refunds. So, we paid for two full years but only used the service for a few weeks. Save your money.

You need this AI tool for your business
All in all a very positive experience. After doing a demo with [sensitive content hidden], I had a suggestion about a feature and days later it was implemented! I was lucky enough to get a ltd offer on appsumo but when I went to upgrade my tier the deal was gone! Don't sleep on this tool. It is legit.

- I was actually surprised how easy it was to setup
- I had it set up in 20 minutes, and that included the configuration to send leads to my crm automatically

- The kicker is that it has voice and video integration as well
- As a product designer, I'm so happy when I see an app interface and things are where they are suppose to be
- This makes navigation through the app effortless
- This company has been around for a while, and it shows as they are continually trying to make the app better
- There isn't much not to like
- Maybe some integrations were missing but they are working on that as well
- You can get around that because they provide access to their API

Excellent software
Outstanding. The software is easy to use and works great. Lots of features, and more on their roadmap. Customer service is responsive and simply amazing.

- They can be turned on and off, but it's unclear to me if I can change the volume independent of the system volume
- I had a bit of trouble installing, but only because WordPress

Must have for keeping visitors engaged
Once configured, the working experience with Consolto is great! No delays in applying settings, specific notifications for staff and clients, great video and audio quality. It feels that the company is focused on offering quality over quantity. Very stable and user friendly interface, offering what is important to have a professional communication with visitors and potential customers. Not forget to mention the possibility to use the widget on many places in the same time.
