Still the best all round conferencing and meeting room service
We have loved using Zoom over the years and currently have no plans to change. It is well loved by our employees and makes communication with our clients professional and reliable.
- We have been using Zoom since 2016 and found the experience fantastic and very happy with the product
- We started with just Zoom Rooms and then gave everyone an individual license when everyone shifted to WFH during covid and the transition couldnt have been simpler
- Zoom made that period so much easier for us
- The video conferencing is always of high quality and very reliable
- Bugs and issues are sorted in a professional and timely manner and they customer support provides timely responses
- Our employees love using this platform and find it superior to using Google Meet or Teams and gives us a credible platform to engage with out clients which as a Google Workspace customer is important
- The interop function of Zoom Rooms has been invaluable to us and means we can easily engage with external companies whatever the platform of choice
- Teh digital signage looks great as well in all our meeting rooms
- Zoom has become a little bloated in the last couple of years as they try to cram as many featurs in as possible
- We use Phone, Video Conferencing, Zoom Rooms and digital signage
- As we dont use the chat, email or storage functions this makes it feel like we are paying for a lot of things we dont need
- We also like the integration of Google Meeting into our exisiting Google Workspace infrastructure and Gemini which is difficult to recreate in Zoom
Switched From
Webex was difficult to use and unreliable at the time. Also expensive
Why they chose it
"Our clients at our large organisations only really entertain teams or zoom and often overlook google meet. This has become better in recent years though."

ZOOM review 2025 by me.
Overall a great experience, it has been the place where I learned and also the place where I gave training to a lot of great people that are in there for an important reason, to make some money, like me.
When referring to Zoom as an option, I commonly like to refer to it as pre-pandemic and post-pandemic Zoom, for me, both are great, smooth, and easy to use, and now with AI tools, it's even a better option
it's understandable that it matters a lot where you are running Zoom and the quality of the network connection, but a Lite version with the basic features would be great, low low-resource and a low low-connection-speed version, is it possible
Switched From
Mostly a decision made by my employers at the time, the change was considered necessary due to the ease of integration of tools.
Why they chose it
"most people are familiar with Zoom, that makes it easier for us to move forward, no need to train or teach on how to use it, ot minimum time needed on that."

The top video conferencing tool for virtual meetings
The market leader when it goes to fast, performant, easy to use video conferencing. Zoom has attempted to branch out but video conferencing is still the bread and butter. It's always been the easiest to use and the feature set is consistently improving the product.
- Having used most of the video conferencing applications, Zoom Workplace has the lead when it comes to ease of connection and video / audio performance
- Even with slow internet, Zoom manages to buffer the video in a way to maximize video and audio clarity
- Loading time is exceptionally fast compared to WebEx
- Zoom also has added in some great AI features for auto-summarization when are essential now and allow the participants to fully focus on the meeting
- The free tier provides 40 minutes which is actually a great constraint to keep meetings on time
- Recently there was an outage that resulted in my customer unable to join the Zoom meeting and receiving a timeout error
- While this doesn't happen often, ensuring high reliability is critical for the customer experience
- The pricing has gone up so make sure to explore all avenues for discounting

Zoom Workplace: A Solid Hub for Teamwork
Overall, Zoom Workplace has been a reliable and flexible tool for both remote meetings and team collaboration. The video quality is consistently strong, and the integration with messaging and scheduling tools helps streamline our workflow. While there’s room for improvement in navigation between features, it’s become an essential part of how we stay connected and productive
- Zoom Workplace makes collaboration feel effortless
- I especially appreciated the intuitive interface, reliable video quality, and how seamlessly it integrates with scheduling tools
- Features like breakout rooms and chat threads helped my team stay organized and engaged during meetings
- It’s a one-stop hub for communication and productivity
- While Zoom Workplace offers strong collaboration tools, I found that switching between chat, meetings, and email could feel a bit clunky at times
- Some features weren’t as intuitive as expected, and occasional audio or video glitches disrupted the flow during calls
- A smoother interface and more consistent performance would make a big difference
Switched From
I switched to Zoom Workplace because my previous platform lacked integrated messaging and scheduling tools. Zoom offered a more unified experience, making it easier to manage meetings, communicate with my team, and stay organized—all in one place.

Great Video Solution
Overall it is a great way of connecting face to face when in person is not an option. Being able to share slides and chat within the meeting are great to add to meeting.
- I enjoy the ease of use
- Having gotten used to zoom, I find that it is seamless and most of my clients are already familiar with the product
- There are times clients have been late as they needed to update it before using it since the last time
- It would be nice if there was a window to prompt a person to update at the end of the session
Switched From
Ease of use and familiarity I have as well as my clients. Can use above and beyond sessions with clients.

Tried and tested conference system
Overall, there's a reason we've been with Zoom since Day One. Despite moving between various business softwares that have their own versions, Zoom has always been our go-to.
- Zoom is the only platform that, despite unreliable internet, always comes up a winner
- The ease-of-use and ability to run off even the poorest connection makes it our go-to conference platform
- My only criticism is that the User Interface is perhaps not as obvious as it could be
- Basic elements like sharing a screen, or controls for allowing others to share screens have been an issue with clients in the past
Switched From
Google Meet struggled with poor internet connection. Zoom doesn't as much.

Good service but too expensive
Verified reviewer
- Zoom has consistently been easy to use
- The screen-sharing tools always work, the background filters are easy to access, it's easy to break into smaller groups, and the sound quality is high
- The monthly price has gone up, and it was already expensive
- I was paying for Zoom for over 2 years and cancelled my subscription after the price went up without any value increasing
Why they chose it
"Mostly because it is well known in the work world."

Great communication tool for when you cant be there in person. Videos and sound is always clear with no echo or delay.

Great tool
I have used many times this tool while givin some English lessons but unfortunately it has time limits!
It's a free/easy of use/friendly and commonly used too that is very popular among by almost all people
- It's unfortunately time limit for free edition which makes me crazy sometimes
- This is really bad specially when you are talking with someone
