- ConstructionOnline's format and function are intuitive which helps me find what I need when I need it
- It's easy to understand, but full of smart features that will help us to be excellent in our trade
- Having a quality customer service experience, consistently, is also a huge reason I can trust that ConstructionOnline wants us to be successful together
- I wish I had more time to get familiar with all of the features available but the 10 day trial period is still enough to see that this is the system for us
- If CompanyCam could be integrated with it in future, that would be great, but not a deal-breaker by any means

Overall experience with Construction Online has been very good. We work with the C/O team very well and they have always been very helpful.
- The online platform makes access easy and enhances team communication and project collaboration
- For the suite of products and functionality available, Construction Online is a tremendous value for the money/subscription
- This is a well rounded construction management tool that is easy to use for all stakeholders from the construction supervisors and vendors to the subcontractors and customers
- The online chat and availability of phone customer support is also a plus
- I also like the ability to store pictures, documents, drawings and other design documents
- We also like the mobile app
- We are currently limited to 10 projects a year, and it cost a bit more to expand
- In addition sometimes when entering a change order, if you don't save changes, you lose everything and have to start over

I was familiar with it and it meets many of our requirements at a better price point

Project Coordinator
Overall, I think CO has been a real value to our company. We are more streamlined, more efficient and overall more productive. We can follow up on the status of our projects easier. I can see who added and what dates they added into the data base. The Lead data base saves time from entering the same information multiple times on different projects. I really enjoy working with CO and am glad we have it.
- Construction Online has made our communication on projects 1000 times better
- We have access on our phones & computers
- The Dash board is customizable per user, which is very helpful
- All different employees can use this platform and have the information they need at their fingertips
- We have really invested the time to make CO user friendly and we are more through in streamlining all tasks, so that each project has the same information, it prompts us to gather the same documents and information per project
- At times, CO gets bogged down
- It can run slow
- Refreshing in necessary often
- Any time we have had major issues, the tech support listened and tried to solve our issues
- They helped us weekly, listening to our struggles or wants and tried to fix our issues or help us achieve better results by figuring out a different way to achieve the same end result

Back to UDA for good
Excellent. I am difficult to please when it comes to how things intergate with my business and established methods. they hafve really thought through how us contractors "tick" good and bad. Their customer service, support and communication are second to none. Without the team helping me, my consultants and employees, this program would be hard to manage. The team has made it easy to grow into more projects and more difficult contracting situations. KUDOS.
- I had been a user for a long time though I had to move to Procore for my company's growth requirements but quickly moved back to UDA when I had the opportunity
- I love the integration of estimating with scheduling, project tracking, reporting and financial integration
The tiered cost structure is a little difficult to maintain once you become a more proficient user and want to integrate more and more of the functionality with your day to day operations

cost and lack of actuial integration. it feklt very ad hoc and extremely expensive for the actual experience. Customer support was not great.

Using ConstructionOnline has made keeping track of our projects more smooth. I can easily track job locations while being miles away.
- I think that the software is user friendly
- It makes navigating and setting up jobs easy
- I also enjoy my agenda because I work work on tasks assigned to me while also setting a task for my teams
- It allows to restrict what others can see while also allowing us to work together on projects

My overall experience has been great! Everything is easy to get to and once again what I have had a question or problem with I contacted the support team and they responded quick and resolved my issue!
Easy to navigate and the customer service is top notch, if there is a problem the contact support team is very quick to respond and resolve the problem

Keep it up
Great, I will recommend this construction software to others. There is so much that is offered in this system.
- All the features to this software is so convenient and handy
