ACC - User Friendly Document Platform
It is a great user-friendly document sharing & it is easy to update the latest version of the document over the platform.
The central platform for project documents and an easy interface for issue & RFI open follow-up
There are NO automated follow-up options for open points discussed in the meeting

The best platform for design and architecture!!
It is a platform that has allowed us to organize ourselves better with the team, generating a centralization of information and keeping the versioning up to date.

It has been good compared to its predecessor, but again still a little tricky working the licensing models.

Bad customer service
When working correctly it can be a nice program, however the second that something deviates from the norm you are lost and will not be helped by Autodesk in anyform. This is absolutely unacceptable given how expensive it is.

- How you can work with several people in the same file is great
- The customer service was absolutely subpar
- It was such an bad experience I feel betrayed by them
- When it is working correctly it is a nice program, however
- When you have a question you get coupled to people with little to now knowledge about the program
- It looks like the work is outsourced to a random place that has no knowledge about the program or any desire to know about the program
- When they are not able to answer with a Yes/No answers they want to refer back to you via Email, while during the chat it is already clear that they DO NOT have the information they need & are in the same time not able to communicate where the information they are looking for can be found
- To top it all of you will get an (lousy) email, but it refers you to a completely different(
- ) cloud solution off Autodesk
- That what I told the customer service happened
- I am deeply dissapointed and if this will not be resolved quickly will find alternative cloud solutions
- This is not worth €130,- per month per person

Incredible for project management and organization
We would manage project files, RFI’s, Submittals, etc. on the cloud. I found it very easy to control access to projects and documents.
We switched from a much more technical product, whereas Autodesk made the job user friendly and easy to navigate

Awesome Project Management Power
Overall, AutoDesk Construction Cloud is a power project management solution, but it has weak (in my opinion) estimating tools.
A lot of our customers use Construction Cloud, and while it is powerful for project management, I found that it didn't suit our exact needs
The takeoff/estimating tools within AutoDesk Construction Cloud are not as robust as the other solutions that we reviewed

Top Construction Management product
Ease of use, control where needed, accurate and reliable for peace of mind. The learning website makes the learning curve gentle.
In spite of how good it already is, there's always room for improvement; and that's exactly what it does, it just keeps improving and adding much needed features

- I absolutely love the Compare tool
- new to a project and having the ability to see what has happened, changed and catch up is an amazing perk
- this all depends on the effort put into keeping things up to date
- Best case scenario, its hands down the best tool to have that I have not seen in other software
- limited access to or no access to Bim model or clash
- it should be available overall because some clashes may be overlooked as it would not pertain directly to the coordinator
- I personally think it should be included with no ability to edit but to help communicate overlooked clashes in the model

A Solid Tool for Large-Scale Project Management
Our experience has been good with this product. We use it with other contractors and companies on large commercial projects for tracking and timelines.
- I like that it has all the features I am looking for in one place, design, planning and fieldwork
- Everything is accessible online and can be viewed on a phone anytime
- Lots of tracking ability an document management
This software is fairly complex and takes time to learn, not always the right choice for smaller business in terms of cost but is worth the price in most cases
