Best CRM For Your Money!!
Excellent or A++
- Easily the best and most customizable CRM for the industry our today
- Their app is second to none and the desktop platform makes following jobs a breeze
- Plus, grabbing an e-signature right on the contract on the app is cake
- No extra app to use
There really are none, if something arose the team at JP jumped to correct or add it right away

Leap helps us hit max potential
To sum it up, without Leap, and the integrations offered through the software, our business would be 75% less efficient. Be able to track and manage 100’s of customers at once and seamlessly get a snapshot of company health is invaluable
The functionality of the software is incredibly deep, yet navigating and using it is super easy
There are sometimes errors with syncing to QBO but I can’t say if it’s a Leap issue or QBO issue

Leap has job flow stages that are customizable and allows for automation of tasks and emails etc, as you change the stage. This is critical in efficient management of customers throughout the life of their experience with our company

Always updating, great communication!
Any problems we've had, they've addressed and have made the change or the change is coming. Nothing breaking.

- With my role as the general office manager who mainly works in the marketing and customer service department, I use Leap CRM on a daily basis to track leads, set up appointments, capture client records/notes and keep track of analytics
- By combining sales pro and leap crm, we are able to create estimates for clients, keep track of all client info (securely

Have had issues with certain features such as the wrong customer being attached to an appointment, jobs being randomly deleted or replaced, and integrations between SalesPro and LEAP CRM

Lots of Features - Great Experience
Fantastic. LEAP had a steeper learning curve than other CRM's we have used but once we had our "light bulb" moment and things started falling into place and making sense, it is been a freight train of nothing but good things! Everything you do relates to something else in the CRM so it is all important. Once you understand the integration and support- it all makes sense and is easy to use. The support staff from LEAP has been amazing in helping coach us to this point.

- Our Team has not even implemented all of them
- The data that can be retrieved and utilized is amazing
- It has really changed the way we look at our business
- Upfront data entry takes a bit longer than previous CRM's
- Lots of fields to enter but that also leads to stronger data collection so you have to take the good with the bad

We Love Leap
Great. We would recommend this software to anyone looking for contraction type crm
- The workflow feature is amazing - keeping communication streamlined is an ease
- The search engine is to be desired and the forms formatting really should be updated for formatting and design- I understand you have this set up in sales pro but we don't have a use for sales pro but would like better looking documents to stay competitive
- Also, the fact that we did purchase this crm for the QuickBooks sync option but are unable to use it due to the fact that we are a parent company with another company - 2 states 2 companies

5-Star Excellence
It has been fantastic when needing help from support or our CSM ([sensitive content hidden]) they have all been phenomenal.
- The UI and UX are some of the greatest parts about the applications
- The mobile applications are really great when in the field and needing quick support
- The programs have been designed to really support the contractor/customer
The only thing I would like to see with LeapCRM is just the addition of a call center platform with a calling queue, other than that I think it is a great product

BAIT AND SWITCH
Horrible. They sold a product that included GPS tracking. After spending a lot of time and money cancelling current GPS tracker found out that LEAP's tracking system is "in beta" therefore has A LOT of glitches. Didn't even work for the first 3 months. Worked for 2 months then stopped again. They have zero sense of urgency and they're staff has very limited knowledge in what they claim to specialize in.

Because LEAP's salesman lied and promised this product would do what both Clock Shark and Build It did - but all in one. It was much more expensive but if it did what it claimed? It WOULD have been worth it. It was a bait and switch. Later, I was told by management that [sensitive content hidden]
Why they chose it
"Because it claimed to be able to tie in sales to our construction side - including clock in/out with gps tracking. It's slow uploading pictures when they even upload; the gps tracking is non-existent as it's in "beta". Clock in/out works but any knowledgeable business owner would not rely on simply clock in/out. There's nothing to confirm location thereafter."

Sydney is the best
Ok- more support = happier customer. Would be happier with a real live help with minimal wait times.

Minimal automation on CRM/ it’s impossible for a business to spend the time setting this up and keep it going (SalesPro and maintain it with out a leapexpert always there ) this makes the customer stick

Worst program used.
Overpriced program that is confusing to use. Didn't make life easier. Have had to keep paying for the whole year and when I canceled was made to pay for another month as we were then told you must give them 45 days notice and not 30 days per the billing cycle.
- Nothing was liked about the whole system
- The program made every stage of our business take twice as long
- Some steps had to be done twice
