Very useful
In addition to the functionality of the app itself, we were very impressed with the quality of support offered by their team, specifically [sensitive content hidden]
- We were looking for an analytics tool to gather social media and web analytics to replace a previous subscription and Coupler fit that need perfectly
- We liked that it has built in dashboard templates on Looker Studio and so in some ways is plug and play, but also lots of flexibility as you own these Looker Studio templates and can set them up as you see fit
- Thus Coupler immediately covers some of our basic needs, but gives us the flexibility to further automate more aspects of our data collection
- We're for example looking forwards to experimenting with its AI functionality once it is ready
- We found no major issues with Coupler, though it can take a while to set up data flows and integrations
- We would also like if it could integrate with social scheduling software like Loomly

Reliable HubSpot → Power BI automation that saves hours
Overall Quality: Coupler.io delivers excellent value for money. The setup was very straightforward, with almost no learning curve – we had our HubSpot data flowing into Power BI in less than 30 minutes. Value for Money: At $24/month for the Personal plan, it’s very cost-effective compared to the time saved. Ease of Use & Learning Curve: Extremely easy to set up, even without technical skills. The UI is clear and intuitive. Automation: The daily refresh means no more manual exports. Our dashboards are always up to date. Data Extraction & Data Management: We pull multiple HubSpot objects (deals, companies, contacts, emails, calls) without issue. Data comes through cleanly, and the option to manage columns and formulas is a big plus.

In the past, I am willing to pay for the subscription for that purpose at that price, but not willing to pay for a product that I just use the minimal feature.

Efficiency and Time-Saving, Plus Comprehensive Insights
I started with a free trial with Coupler and compared it to three other vendors. It didn't take long for me to determine that Coupler was going to be our go-to marketing reporting tool. I have learned that automating data collection and reporting saves time, allowing our business to focus on more strategic tasks rather than manual data aggregation.
- When I discovered Coupler I was pleased with the numerous integration options as well as the opportunity to visualize every data set we needed to track KPIs at every level
- As a digital marketer, Coupler has saved me countless hours in reporting and does all the heavy lifting
- I wish I discovered this product sooner
- The only negative aspect, that has nothing to do with Coupler, are the API limits that some data sources have
- This is not Coupler's fault at all and is solely on the data sources that implement the limitations
- You would think that advertisers spending money on these platforms would be able to bypass these API limitations

"The user experience was superior on Coupler. I found Supermetrics to be a little disorganized and cluttered - they were also more expensive. Funnel had a great user experience, but several of my data sources got hung up and I didn't prefer keeping all my visualizations stored in that platform."

Great for Data Automation – Especially with HubSpot
Our experience with Coupler.io has been very positive. It made automating and organizing our data much easier, and it offered a great mix of features and pricing out of all the tools we tested. Everything worked as expected, and it handled our HubSpot integration especially well, which was a challenge with other platforms.

- It would be great to have it translated into other languages to make it more accessible for global teams

Great tool to blend multiple data sources from different Youtube channels
I have been using Coupler to create combined analytics reports from different Youtube channels and it works great, technical support guided me through the whole process to set it up exactly how I needed it. Since I'm not a data specialist, this tool helps a lot.
The ability to create complicated reports and blend data without issues that otherwise are not possible, for example with Looker Studio alone
It can really get pricey when adding multiple data connections, for example a Youtube channel needs 6 data connections each, so if you want to blend data from 10 Youtube channels it gets really expensive

Limit of 5 data connections per blend, with Coupler I can add more.

No code approach to getting your data where you need it.
Overall, very happy. Again, easy to use. We used it to bring a bunch of data from Google, Facebook and Instagram over into Power BI.
