Makes My Job Much Easier. Multi-Account Management is Easy
Really great. The cost is not that high for being able to manage multiple feeds for multiple clients. Even with the recent $20 price increase.
- I manage about 15 ecommerce store's Google shopping feeds in DataFeedWatch
- It's really an awesome product for agencies and ads managers with multiple accounts
- I like that I can login and work on numerous accounts all at once
- It's a little hard to do things with Regex on occassion when Regex is called for
- They should make a little "Regex" library so I can find examples of common Regex code that is typically used in changing data feeds
Switched From
DataFeedWatch was way easier to use. Sales And Orders isn't user friendly and is extremely limited, while costing about as much as DataFeedWatch. I was impressed with DFW after trying S&O
Why they chose it
"Channable is also great. I chose DataFeedWatch because I had already received quite a bit of support from DFW while setting up a few accounts and I simply decided to stick with DFW, rather than moving to another tool that is similar in price and functionality. Both tools are great but I like DFW quite a bit and am used to it"

Great product feed tool
A great great product feed tool and a outstanding support team at least when you have a "agency" or "merchant" plan. :)
- The customer support is understanding
- The tool is extremely flexible for customizing and mapping your product data

- I did not like the native integration to Magento, it took hours before the source data was imported
- But after we created a product source to DataFeedWatch then it took 2 minutes to import the data :)

If only there were more people like Datafeedwatch team...
Besides all the great functionalities and easy-to-implement rules for feed optimization, it seems like a big family is managing it. From all the touchpoints we had, sales and non-sales ones. The impressive speed in answering and solving issues is nowhere else in the market. Some of our clients use Channable and I must say that Datafeedwatch support is another planet. All the [sensitive content hidden], [sensitive content hidden], [sensitive content hidden], [sensitive content hidden], [sensitive content hidden], and [sensitive content hidden] are always ( and I mean it ) committed to our satisfaction. We could not ask for a better Feed management Partner at all. You are the Best!
- I believe there is no such tool on the market that satisfies our needs besides DFW
- We have multiple clients on other feed management tools, but no one seems to be at this level regarding the possibilities given by the mapping part
- Support like this is a game-changing plus that only a few can claim to have
- The only thing we don't like is when one of our clients is using Channable
- But even in such occasions, support is always able to facilitate the migration

Support in answering via mail in 24 hours while DFW has a 2-minute wait on the chat. Preview in mapping is not that great in Channable and also previewing the all feed in Channable seems odd and not clear. Rules were more difficult to manage and sometimes it was very frustrating. in Data feed watch it is waaaaaay more intuitive and effective
