Why I love Delenta
Delenta has given me a single point of coach/client communications, billing, and coach session bookings. I place the client can go to view their account, see how many sessions they have left in their package, review notes/goals, and to access resources that have been assigned to them.
- The number one thing is the single client to payment process
- The ease in creating coaching/mentoring packages, being able to update the coach profile easily, and the integrated CRM with automatic email sending
- Marketing automations options need to be improved

- The customer service and willingness to work through special requests is unparalleled
- every time we find something we'd 'like' Delenta to do (a process, button, option, etc) they work through it and almost always add the feature
- It's great to work with a company so collaborative and responsive to client needs

Delenta has almost everything I need!
Overall I've been pleased with the product and the customer service. I would recommend this software to any fellow coach looking for a comprehensive product for their coaching business.

- once ActiveCampaign is integrated it will be complete

- Before I had SO many different applications I had to manage
- Delenta is working toward having everything we need to manage our coaching business and our clientele
- The interface is attractive and professional and my clients are able to navigate it well
- I also love that I can upload my content directly to the site instead of links on YouTube
- This alleviates clients from being able to share my content outside of the portal, which I prefer
- And there is plenty of storage space
- I like the way the course material is laid out as well - easy to upload content
- Most importantly, the customer service is fantastic
- Any issue I've had has been addressed immediately
- I'm waiting for ActiveCampaign to be added and I'm hoping that's a smooth transition
- I believe that will be a great addition to the software
- The mobile app isn't very useful as a coach
- I don't have access to my calendar (although it lets me create an appointment with my client
- am not sure how effective that is when I can't see my whole calendar)
- And, it doesn't function well with accessibility settings - I have the font larger on my phone and it looks awful
- That would be a good thing for them to account for how easily the app can adjust to larger font settings
- Along those lines, the software itself is best used on a computer screen and not on a mobile device
- That is the biggest complaint I get from clients (really, the only complaint) - that they try to schedule an appt
- with me on their phone and it's not intuitive and pretty clunky
- Having more mobile usage would make this an all-around five-star product

My Coach Office had some pretty significant scheduling issues (it was allowing clients to schedule at the same time) and they didn't get my issue solved for over a month. It created headaches for my business and this was one of several technical issues that went unaddressed. Delenta was relatively new, but they had a special for a lengthy free trial period so I tried them and was very impressed.

Transitioned from Google Docs to Delenta
Overall, I am satisfied with Delenta. It is awesome value for the price. The technical support is very responsive and always open to suggestions.
- I was using Google Docs to build and maintain customer notes and documents The transition to Delenta helped me elevate the customer experience
- The integration with ZOOM and the reminders sent to the client has reduced no-shows to my coaching sessions
- Using only one app for notes and tasks is convenient
- Clients have gotten a great deal of utility from updating task progression
- It is difficult to integrate documents that you created outside of the application
- Also, using military time means that you have to do some "mental gymnastics" when translating session intervals across time zones

A game changer for coaches
As an OBM who builds out CRMs for coaches, I've been able to offer my clients a coaching platform that takes care of most of their needs in operating a coaching business. Delenta has been amazing to work with and my account manager is always connected!
- Delenta comes with all the main features that professional coaches need to manage their individual and group coaching sessions
- The client portals allow you to create an extra layer of accountability and keep everything in one place for your clients
Integrations - it would be great to have more integrations, especially with different Email marketing platforms

Very good quality software product to make my workflow much easier
Very good so far and excited to see what comes next!
- I've been using this product now for around 9 months as part of my life coaching business
- It's calendar, payment solution and note taking features are all things I could find solutions for (free or paid) separately however that's not the value of this product in my opinion
- The best thing about Delenta is that it brings together all the things I need to manage my coaching business / my client interactions into one platform
- At year end, I know it will also help me manage my tax return as I will have all my coaching calls organised in one place for my accountant to review accordingly
- I am one of the earlier users of the platform and so when I first joined, there were some things that the platform wasn't able to do
- Having said that, the team has been very responsive to suggestions and within the 9 months I've been using the platform, several of my suggestions have been implemented and the team are very open about their development pipeline for new features and upgrades
- The biggest thing I'm waiting for is the Delenta app which is expected imminently
