Personally, I feel this system makes it much easier to route, update, communicate and make any needed changes, ultimately allowing us to better serve our customers

Elite EXTRA is a GAME CHANGER!!
I have been very happy with Elite EXTRA and constantly tell other people about it. I won't ever go back to not using this platform in the wholesale business. It is a huge gamer changer and even with a smaller store like us it helps us tremendously. For bigger stores that have multiple drivers I can see it being a huge benefit that would cut down on overhead costs.
- Extra elite has been a game changer in the wholesale delivery business
- I love being able to gather our deliveries and make routes easily on one dashboard
- They are constantly updating and making the platform better and more efficient
- It has improved our delivery times, increased transparency, and given our customers an easy way to track their deliveries and returns
- The returns process is very easy to use and saves a lot of time going back and forth between customers
- Customers are also given a dashboard where they can pull invoices, credits, and set up alerts for ETA and follow the driver on the route
- The only thing I find a little hard to use is the driver app
- It can be a little confusing for new drivers
- This may also be just user issue

Not the easiest dispatch program to work with
Difficult. It seems like we have to do work arounds to do the simple tasks that we like to do, like combining a few orders on a truck and sending it out.
- logging out at the end of the day
- The driver's app seems to be the best part of the whole platform
- It rearranges things we put in there
- Time slots are difficult to work with
- combining orders in time slots can be challenging
- The online pages aren't very intuitive

I recommend this to all my other dealer friends. The number of times we have gone back and looked at photos, have saved us a ton of headaches
Easy to use, once you are shown the ropes Once we got the barcodes on our invoices, it's super-fast for my driver to create a route and hit the road
Reports are not customizable, and have issues with auto generation Admin users used to be able to create driver templates, but that privilege was removed by Elite, not sure why

Elite is more focused on this program. OPS has their hand in a bunch of things and cant focus

Look no further. This the fleet/driver software you're looking for.
I had a great experience with Elite EXTRA. It really enhanced our accountability and performance. Ultimately, it helped us provide our customers with a better experience and the logistic and customer service team with up-to-minute knowledge on where and what the customer orders were doing.
I really liked how adaptable it is and we could integrate into most of our operational processes and software
- Training staff to be knowledgeable and operate the phone software was a challenge
- It definitely had more to do with the personnel learning than it did the software, but some phones did prove to resist the integration

- I enjoy real time tracking
- Also to go back and show customer where there truck was with copies of maps
- Can take awhile to upload pictures
- Would love it if you could turn down resolution to make picture upload faster

Every Dealership should be using Elite Extra, it's a GREAT tool!
Our experience has been great! Elite Extra has a great product, and a great support team, they are ALWAYS available and willing to help. [sensitive content hidden] is great, [sensitive content hidden] really understands our business and the challenges we have, he is always open to listen and work with us to find the best solution.
- Elite Extra really helps our customers track their returns and see the progress from pick up to receiving their credits
- It also allows us as a Dealer to set the parameters that our customers must follow regrading when they can and cannot return parts based on the purchase date
- Elite Extra is a great tool
- The ONLY negative about having hundreds of customers using Elite Extra is the turnover in the Body Shops, causing us to spend time getting new users set up at existing customer locations

PFHV Review
While the onboarding process has been very well received, we have run into the issue of trying to hot shot parts and being unable to appropriately dispatch from the road. If that issue was alleviated, I would have no complaints!
- From the start of the process, all the representatives from Elite EXTRA have been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and informative
- The app is very easy to use for our drivers and the web based site is great for our dispatcher
- The one area that I find lacking is the ability to dispatch from a mobile device
- I understand most companies do not have a dispatcher that will work mobile, but we often have to use our dispatcher for "Hot Shot" deliveries and she struggles to dispatch from a phone

Best delivery system, best support.
Very satisfied and happy with all the options and how it keeps all deliveries very organized and ready to be dispatched.
- Very flexible that will adapt you your business
- Never lose sight of the orders from your customers
- Keeps all deliveries organized so no confusion when dispatching It integrated well with any computer system
Coming from not having any system, it did take some time to adapt to all the tools available through Elite extra

Impressed but add the driver pin number as a column!
Overall I've been impressed and Elite Extra is a step up from our previous routing software. As someone who has to hand the transportation responsibilities for multiple warehouses, it makes my job easier when the routing software is straightforward to use and can be taught to new drivers quickly
- I think it's intuitive and easy to teach others
- The driver detail report is the report I most use and appreciate
- I wish that the driver pin number was listed as a column on the drivers page
- I often have to add temporary drivers and it'd make it easier to see what pin numbers have been used and what is next in the sequence

It was out of date and clunky to use. We wanted better tracking and more intuitive software
