The show itself has utilized EventMobi for over a decade. The EventMobi team is knowledgeable and always ensures that our projects are completed ahead of time and above expectations. EventMobi is easy to use and always updates with new features.

Nothing but perfect
The service team and account managers are excellent. Never had such a quick answer rate in any other software I worked with. Very patient in explaning and also alsways reachable.
- Very easy to use from an acengy perspective but also from the customer side
- There is nothing is dislike about Eventmobi
- The design features for the registration page is limited but we knew this going into the program
Switched From
We were not happy with the performance and support. Notifications were set up but didnt work. It was more designable but we wanted a reliable product with maybe fewer features but which held up to what was advertised.

"We also considered ventari and hellospaces (not in the list) - Price was a factor, the fact the there were apps downloadable in store and not only website based apps, support, that fact that you didnt need to cancel. That it could be only a contract per event if wanted."

An outstanding app backed by an exceptional team
The app is fantastic — incredibly intuitive and user-friendly! Even though we only had about three weeks to work on it (and not even full-time), it was surprisingly easy to get the hang of. It offers so many smart and flexible features that can truly elevate the experience for event participants. And what really makes the difference is the amazing team behind it. From day one, they’ve been extraordinary — always available, responsive, and supportive, with a lot of tools for us to understand how does it work and to help the communication with our event's attendees. Before we even signed the contract, they took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all our questions in detail. And after the signature, they continued to guide us step by step to make sure we fully understood how everything worked. Their responses were almost instant, always delivered with professionalism, and kindness. It’s rare to feel so well accompanied — this team truly goes above and beyond!

Solid features and functionality
Overall, EventMobi offers solid features and functionality for managing events, but like any software has some minor areas for improvement.
- I like that EventMobi offers a single platform to create an event website and track registrations
- I don't have to log in multiple places or reconcile lists between different systems
- Only one user at a time can make edits to the event website in the backend
- This makes it harder during big efforts like adding sessions and speakers for multi-day conference programs because multiple team members can't work in parallel

EventMobi hits the mark
Overall very good. We have decided to go with EventMobi time and again because they are moderately priced and work for our event needs, including badge creation and lead scanning.
- The customer service is the best in the business
- Any questions you have, big or small, they will answer in a very timely manner
- Some aspects, such as editing people, company details, locations, agenda details, etc
- can be quite manual and tedious

Seamless Setup & Intuitive Setup
We have been using EventMobi for our events for the past few years and have found it to be a great alternative to an printed program book and the Q&A feature with the ability to upvote questions has provided get interaction on site
- Being able to upload information during the set up process including speaker and session information
- The ability to export and import information and match different sections based on External ID information made the set up intuitive and easy to use
- The personalized schedule also helped our association go paper free during the event and was appreciated by the attendees who used the app throughout the entire event
It would be appreciated if we could have multiple document sessions so we were able to separate out handouts that would be used by specific sessions versus those that are more generalized for the meeting as a whole

Good platform
Only part that stuck out to me was that we had issues with attendees trying to log in to the app even though they were registered attendees. Good that the team was able to resolve it rather quickly.
- Great way to manage our event all in one app
- We like the ease of the back-end, and how easy it is to use
- Would be nice if we can add sponsor logos to sessions or speakers
- Also attendees had issues logging in

Environmentally, friendly and easy
This is my third year using EventMobi For a conference. I saw this to be incredibly easy and efficient because you have all the CONFERENCE information readily available on your device.
- Environmentally, friendly and holes all the information in one place
- Gives more info than a book could have
- Connecting to the Wi-Fi of the venue is always a problem

Conference App with EventMobi
Will definitely chose EventMobi again for a future event!

- This was very user-friendly, and the team ([sensitive content hidden]) were very reactive to help us in this
- This was such a good experience
- Nothing in particular that I liked the most, it was the whole experience that I loved
- There is nothing I did not like - It was just frustrating to not have enough time to use all the tool features, but nothing to do with the tool itself nor with the team
- Again, a very positive first experience
