The best conference application I've ever used
Gererally speaking, this was the most user-friendly and comprehensive conference app I ever have used. The desktop component was as seamless as the mobile experience. My conference experience would not have been nearly as optimized without the app as an assistant.
The app made it very easy to navigate my conference experience, from selecting/locating breakout rooms, to connecting with attendees for community meet-ups, to exchanging contact information with vendors, presenters and colleagues
- The amount of notifcations became overwhelming at times, though a majority of these were attendee-generated
- Also, agenda items did not link back to the associated forums

WHOVA at the SMSDC Business Summit in El Paso, Texas.
Easy to use, friendly, and was able to connect with everyone. I was able to establish a good rapport and identify who was attending the summit.
- It helped me with Networking at the SMSDC Business Summit
- I was able to text and break the ice
- It was wonderful
- Excellent, but I wish I had contact numbers where I can continue to stay in touch
- I feel that we are trying to connect and build those relationships, and this does not help with that

It works but is a little overwhelming
It worked for the conferences I have been a part of, but I would have preferred a simpler option.
- Whova had lots of options and is flexible to accommodate a wide variety of needs
- It is overwhelming and confusing and the scoreboard features seem unnecessary

When Engagement Becomes Empowerment: My Whova Experience
My overall experience with Whova was amazing. I loved how it allowed people to engage with my topic constructively, making discussions more meaningful and interactive. It even contributed to me winning an award for active participation! The personalized templates were uplifting and gave the whole experience a positive, inspiring feel. Beyond the event, Whova helped me build real connections people saw me for who I am, and some even reached out for mentorship, which was humbling since I usually see myself as the one seeking guidance. Truly, Whova is one of the best digital storytelling tools I’ve used.
- What I liked most about Whova was how it brought everything I needed into one space event schedules, speaker details, live updates, and networking opportunities
- The app made it simple to stay on track with sessions while also discovering new ones that matched my interests
- I especially enjoyed the community board and networking features, which helped me connect with other participants in meaningful ways P
- S i even got to set in person meet ups
- It felt like the conversations extended beyond the conference hall, creating a sense of community
- Overall, Whova made the entire event experience seamless, engaging, and much more interactive
- What I liked the least was that some notifications felt a bit overwhelming at times
- It would be great to have more control over which alerts to receive

Good. Lots of interaction available through the app, good reminders, appropriate features to use and enjoy.
Networking with Vendors and other Tech folks, fun evening activities, nice places to hold the events and to sat
- Ran a little later than I'd prefer
- but I realize they were trying to get as much interaction value out of the two days

Whova Review
It was easy to use, having the additional resources was helpful, and the fact that you can still use the app after the event
I liked the fact that I could see the agenda, attendees, messages and also how we could create questions to other attendees
There was so much going on from all the attendees creating questions, I felt that I could not keep up with all of them

Organized and Effective!
I had a pleasant experience using the app. It was easy to use. I was even able to share my sessions with my peers. This made it possible for us to download the resources to use it at our sites.
- I enjoyed how the organized the app was
- I was able to schedule each session I wanted and was able to download all the slides and information from each session I attended
- I love seeing everyone's pictures from all the regions
- It was a great experience
- I honestly didn't find any problems with the app
- Everything was easy to use
- I liked how I was able to cancel one session and join another if that session was not to informational for what I needed

Whova is a great tool for conference attendees!
I had a great overall experience with Whova and I look forward to using it again for the next conference I go to!
I really liked that Whova had a directory of all the people who were attending the conference and that it allowed me to see their information and communicate with them in the app during and even after the conference
- I did not like that the push notifications made a sound because it often happened during sessions but I am guessing I just needed to turn the sound off on the app
- Also, it is not the easiest app to navigate but I think most people got used to it over time, so maybe it would be helpful to make the app setup a little simpler

Nice job Whova!
Overall the app was extremely helpful with understanding the available sessions and the locations of those sessions.
- The available agenda at any time and upcoming available events
- The notifications were also helpful
- In the beginning, as a new user, it was not easy to locate the conference I attended
- I think the focus should be narrowed to what you need it for, and then if your interest is broadened then that option should be available
