About eZee Centrix

eZee Centrix is a channel manager application for hotels. Through a single online dashboard, operators in the hospitality industry can manage 5 to 1000+ rooms and bookings from various sources. Motels, hotels and resort chains can use the platform to gain insights into their performance and improve customer experiences through modular pricing. The multilingual tool provides daily bookings and revenue overviews and tracks KPIs, including occupancy percentage, ADR and average LOS. eZee Centrix comes with yield management reports, a booking funnel and a visual display of looker to booker results. eZee Centrix provides daily statistics, lead time analysis and time-based comparisons. It connects with over 130 travel and booking sites, including metasearch engines, vacation rental platforms and online travel agencies (OTAs). The inventory system ensures distribution across all channels and delivers real-time updates to minimize underbooking, overbooking and rate disparity.

  • It has a guest portal, which helps us communicate with the guests
Room for improvement
  • As ezee has it own booking engine, it difficult to connect booking engines with the channel manager
  • At the moment, the channel manager cannot be connected with all the PMSs

easy to use

What I like least about eZee Centrix is that when a booking is cancelled on an OTA, the payment status doesn't automatically update in the PMS. The reservation gets cancelled, but the payment still reflects as received, which can create confusion and requires manual correction.

While the Channel Manager is highly efficient overall, one area that could be improved is the time it sometimes takes for rate or inventory updates to reflect on certain OTAs, especially during high-traffic periods
