Great fit for church or schools
Great fit and great balance as a CMMS and Calendar tool.
- Great balance of tools for use in church or school
- Not overly detailed as an asset only management tool
- Calendar is the most used tool to prevent double booking, schedule custodial work, plan maintenance, schedule security, schedule HVAC, alert team
- Was able to customize extensively to create a local module to even track Marketing request
- Modules may not work exactly like current business work flow
- May not have a module for every process your team needs one for
- such as time clock
- Key management solution did not work for the way we manage keys for instance

Amazingly easy help desk for our IT and Maintenance departments
This software is incredible, the customer support is amazing, and I have nothing bad to say about it. There are areas that we haven't even used yet, but are expanding to, such as inventory.

- It is extremely easy for users to submit requests, to update and assign them, and to pull reports to show our progress
- Extremely user friendly

- Every question we have had about the software has been answered quickly, and most often results in us getting more use out of it

FMX for request forms
It works well because we are able to utilize it on one platform in one convenient location.
- It gives you a lot of options for the type of forms you can create
- We use it for IT help issues, general maintenance requests, and marketing, media and communications requests
- It is pretty much preset on what you can and can't add in
- It has some presets that don't work with every form, so you have to select information that is not necessary in order to complete the form

I Should Be a Spokesperson for FMX
We’ve been using FMX for maintenance and preventive maintenance requests, and it’s been a great tool for keeping our operations organized and responsive. We’re currently implementing mapping to connect assets and key areas of our campus, and we’re excited to eventually roll everything into capital planning. Another department on campus has already shown interest in FMX’s scheduling and events capabilities, which really speaks to the platform’s versatility and value for the money. The implementation process was seamless—FMX’s team guided us through every step flawlessly—and their customer service continues to be excellent. Overall, FMX has proven to be a reliable, user-friendly solution with features that grow with our needs.

Effective Technical Service in a Timely Manner
It is great. The techs are always friendly and make you feel like you're not dumb for asking for help.
It is always prompt, and the answer to a question comes complete with screen grabs to ensure you understand how to address the issue in the future
- I would send your follow-up email sooner, while the event is fresh in the customer's mind
- The customer may be addressing dozens of new issues in their job, and bringing this solution back to the front sooner will ensure the customer is satisfied

Chattahoochee Nature Center- FMX Review
The website is easy to use for most of our staff with varying levels of computer literacy. I enjoy being able to customize the website with our resources and that my changes are protected from others being able to change my data. The customer service has always been great when needed and the product rollout was so easy with the FMX team readily available for training sessions and answering questions.
- I like that anyone at a "Staff" account level can make an account and submit work orders for my team
- I am grateful to be able to customize the areas and resources we have and easily add or change our on-hand counts when needed
- Having different tabs for the Calendar, Maintenance Requests, and Schedule Requests is so helpful to be able to see everything I'm looking for in one space
- I wish I could share resources and equipment across different buildings
- For example, we have three golf carts that typically stay in the maintenance building, but someone may request to have us stage it elsewhere for an event and don't know to select the maintenance building first to be able to select the golf cart
- I have found workarounds for the few limitations so I don't have any complaints

The previous product was locked out to one manager who couldn't add or change users or administrators and we had a hard time reaching out to customer service. The product had priced itself out of what we needed and could afford to use versus the benefits it provided.
