The Dude IS on your side !!
Uptime !! Real time maintenance requests. Mobile apps and the ability to track labor and costs. Not to mention spare parts and inventory. Our production folks can't believe the response team from maintenance! Let me know what maintenance people are doing without having to ask. I love being able to assign them work no matter where the are.. I do recommend buying tablets for them... I use $120 tablets. One or two hours of uptime pays for those quickly !
- This software is truly the answer to maintenance and PM programs
- Every machining and manufacturing plant in America should use this
- If you have 5 or 5000 pieces of equipment, facility, or anything needing maintenance this should be your software
- I have had to use ERP maintenance add ons that never allowed real TPM quality support
- This software is designed SPECIFICALLY for maintenance
- It is easy to use and learn
- It pays for itself in the first 3 months
- I have implemented this software 3 times
- I am not paid by them, but I would recommend them to any company
- I have been in Manufacturing for just over 30 years, and this is the best software for this I have seen
- IT works
I would like an add on that lets operators enter simple daily PM's and simple checks that can be tailored for each asset

Asset Essentials gives great reporting data
We used the software for around a year, which was an upgrade from a previous version of software we had with the same company.
- It was a good product for the work order needs we had
- It helped keep work orders organized and offered great reporting options
- The data from the reports was and is still superior to other products out there
The mobile aspect was not what we were looking for or needing to support the amount of staff and volume that we have

Maintenance Manager
I have used SAP, Tabware, and several others over the years, and Brightly is a good program for a Small Business
I Like that it is very user Friendly and easy to navigate through is screens to go were you want to
I need to learn more on how to do a forecast to be able to see what needs to be done in two weeks as well further into so I can plan the work for my Techs

Do not renew with Asset Essentials
It's a joke. Multiple days without access to the system because of their technicians. What good is a work order system that we cannot put work orders into?
- Two years ago, the support was great
- Now, it sucks
- Over promise and under deliver
- School Dude was better
- Poor support
- Cannot use this software across all platforms unless you jump through hoops
- The company makes you feel like you work for them and not them working for you

Highly recommend
It is very good software. We do not have any issues with it. The help sections are useful and and issues requiring support were handled in a timely manner.

Asset Essentials is amazing
Excellent. This is our 2nd work order/asset management program and it is 1000% better than the last one. Has streamlined the work order and accounting process greatly.

Previous program had many problems, didn't work as promised. It took excessive time to get things fixed. Program would malfunction often.

Maintain your assets from a central location
Overall we have been using it for some time, and again, it works well. Just need to improve the mobile version.
- Ability to manage assets all in one place
- The mobile "app" needs some work to make it easier to use

Maximize your Preventive Maintenance program with Asset Essentials.
I am an administrator who also manages use cases and internal development and could not be more satisfied with our company's decision to go with Asset Essentials over some of the other more costly players in the maintenance management space. The higher the cost does not necessarily equal higher value.
- Asset Essentials helps to streamline the core functions of maintenance management into an easy to use, intuitive software solution at an incredibly attractive price point
