The best CMMS software
We have been working succesfully with the system, the mobile app and the training (eMaint University and Customer Sucess Portal). Overall the aftersales operationa have impproved efficiency and we have a stronger documented process.
- It has allowed for a better control, scheduling and traking of the filed service technicians
- We are getting very usefull data for preventive maintenance and for quality assurance the electronic records and customer survey feedback is valuable as well
- Some people have not embraced the change fully so this has proven to be a bit challenging
- But are issolated cases

Review of eMaint
eMaint is a very good tool, with lots of opportunities. It can be quite daunting with all the new features that appear, but am glad that eMaint is proactively updating the system. Would appreciate more examples of coding custom expressions and giving examples. For example, some easy things that are done in excel, are a bit tricky to make happen in eMaint. An example would be a scoring table based on an answer in a reference table.
- eMaint is very malleable and helps us make the program look how we want
- We also find the mobile tool very helpful in delivering a sustainable approach - which supports efficiency
- -Single Workorder multiple asset setup needs alot of improvement
- -Assets don't import per excel sheet, causing the structure to be skewed in Asset Trees -If customer support chat cannot help solve, it can take quite a while to get feedback
- I would appreciate an easier path to the more advanced implementation specialists

Completely Customizable
We are currently in the process of integrating the system with MS Dynamix, its a challenge but I have no doubt that eMaint will come through
- The ability to customize this software is amazing, you can set it up however you want it to look
- It can be set up to accomplish whatever you need it to do
- Great product

Best for Asset Management
My overall experience with using eMaint has been great. I am currently working on plans to integrate from X4 to X5 enterprise and looking forward to the added functionality and new interface.
- Intuitive and easy to navigate, especially for managing work orders and preventive maintenance
- Strong customization options for dashboards, reports, and workflows allow tailoring to specific industry needs
- Supports mobile workforce management, enabling field technicians to access and update data on the go
- Customer service is highly responsive and helpful support teams
- Useful for inventory and work order management, even without internet access
- The UI can be confusing at times, especially when dealing with multiple options or navigating work orders
- Customizing work orders and purchase orders can be difficult without support
- Occasional slow speeds and glitches, particularly with data imports and visualizations

X5 a game changer
excellent, i am proud to have introduced emaint to my work site and the system has shown how helpful it is to have onsite. its structure and reports are vital. the implementors and account managers are excellent to work with
- customer support, fast and accurate response, easy to follow steps
- the reports and being able to send to none account users is helpful
- alot of setup fields, but this is something than can be learnt as with any process
- the more i interact the more i will learn

eMaint - Endless possibility
I have had a very positive experience with eMaint, it can be difficult to comprehense the entire system but eMaint has a fantastic team that is more than villing to help.
- Very good trackability of everything done
- Endless possibility in the system, report system is fantastic
Things can be a bit hands on in the system but that is mostly from not knowing how to operate the system to its full potential

A flexible and customizable CMMS
We have been thoroughly impressed with the customer service provided. The team has been outstanding in supporting any requests and issues we have, addressing them promptly and efficiently. The high level of technical support offered at little to no cost, such as assistance with setting up APIs with other programs, has been invaluable to us.
- We love the flexibility that the X4 system offers
- It's fantastic that as long as one knows the back end of the system, all configurations and administrative tasks can be performed without needing to contact Emaint or a third party directly
- It would be great if the reporting functions output was more flexible, allowing for more customized reports
- Additionally, having conditional logic built within the form templates would significantly enhance our workflow
- Another feature that would be highly beneficial is the ability to drag and drop attachments directly into the system
- Lastly, we feel that MX Mobile could use an upgrade to match the efficiency of the other components

Flint Group eMaint Review
Very easy to use, user-friendly, high capabilities, secured, all mistakes and deletions I can restore back, great User control and access rights defined and control. Best feature and the most powerful is that every view is a Report that you can easily adopt, change or share between sites and countries.
- I implemented eMaint at 35 sites globally until now and it shows as very user friendly and easy to implement CMMS
- For us as a multinational and multilingual company it is crucian to have software that automatically translate and utilize different countries and cultures but implementing same data bases as shared and same mandatory workflows so all sites are doing same process in Maintenance and use standardized Task Procedures as best practices
Some sites that were using SAP PM had Asset Tree in use for a Asset search engine and eMaint tree is not having the same functionality so it is not very useful for those kinds of users

Once the end users get familiar and comfortable with the software the information that is collected regarding parts being used, equipment failures, workorder field requests and scheduling of work it is a valuable tool for the department especially with documentation and again control inventory.
- The software is flexible and customizable with the use of reports which allows the user to create their own in order focus on certain areas of inventory, assets or workorders
- Overall helping to control inventory
- Sometimes when changes or updates are made things change or move and you don't always realize it until days or weeks later
- With that said user support is helpful and thing eventually get resolved

A system worth recommending
The system allows you to run your maintenance department in many aspects. I use it for work planning, spare parts management, generating reports, providing technical and photographic documentation. Our users have the ability to report the need for work.
Ability to personalize lists, assign work orders, generate and automatically send raoports to email inbox
- The thing I like least is the technical support
- Unfortunately, reported problems or requests for help go unanswered sometimes for weeks at a time
- Differences appear with the access of users with the same permissions
