A robust LMS and Course-commerce provider, with a few niggles
Provision of courses and course-creation services to clients of ours. We have seen a 30% increase in positive course feedback after testing the course platform against two of our other platforms. Clients spend more time on the site. Our course compilation team find it easier to build courses on Spayee than on other platforms.
Integrated, auto-populating course-sales pages; Robust integration of full academy-wide reporting and -features; Strong price-value balance; Scalability of course platform; SCORM-content upload availability; Question banking
The page builder is lacking some refinement; No simple onboarding; App availability still pending; Limited integrations (including with payment providers)

Switched from Gurucan due to better support and better system robustness. Switched from Influencersoft due to better course- and page building experience, and much better CRM/LMS system.

Not REFUNDING after promising 7 day Free Trial- Don't Trust Graphy
Warning: Beware of Graphy by Unacademy’s FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY 🚨 I am extremely disappointed to share my shocking experience with Graphy’s SCAM full of lies and unethical tactics. With trust, I bought the trial version to review the product on Jan 31st. For the trial period I was connected to [sensitive content hidden] - unhappy with the features and user experience, I had a couple of meetings with him to point this out but he said it cannot be changed. I therefore cancelled both on the website and shared on email my ‘Request for Cancellation’ explaining why the product wasn’t suitable for my business on the 7th day of the trial period (Feb 7). Just a HORRIBLE & UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. Even though we’ve clear email proof for all of this - we’re unable to do anything! For small Creators and Entrepreneurs like us when every day causes severe inconvenience and business loss to us - this established company cheating us is miserable. Don’t ever TRUST GRAPHY and THEIR LIES - NEVER BUY FROM THEM! Please Stay Away and share the word in your network, really hope nobody who is an educator goes through this! I am really helpless as a big sum of my money is stuck with this unlawful seller. During this bad experience I found based on online reviews that they are a repeat offender with similar cases being listed on the web (can share screenshots) If anyone has had a similar experience, please share what we can do to get my money refunded? Thanks for your support. Please help.
Before payment was really helpful and showed superior customer service and promised a lot - He said, ‘Purchase the 1 Year subscription with a clear ‘7 Day No Questions Asked REFUND’

- it’s been 25+ days of NIGHTMARE customer experience providing false hope, tactics, excuses to buy time, full of lies and by ghosting,saying it's a new request when clearly we've specified our requirement during the trial period which they've acknowledged but now saying it was requested after trial

All you need is Spayee
With Spayee, Now I’m able to overcome all the above, and it will save lots of time to focus on the course content creation rather than worrying about the technical aspects of the system. I love the flexibility that I have with course creations and landing page setups. Also it's a solid platform to build an Online Academy where your courses can be delivered due to web as well as to Apple and Android apps that benefitially will increase the sales.
- Spayee is a great online platform to launch your courses with the potential to grow
- It has all the usual features like unlimited courses and users, scheduling, payment gateway, etc
- But let me focus on the marketing part
- Anyone who offers courses knows it’s a huge help for things like affiliate/referral marketing, coupons, push notifications, live classes (albeit payable via Zoom), mobile apps, and more
- In addition, as a course creator, I was afraid not to be able to use the Spayee because of the high technical expectations
- However, it turned to be intuitive and easy to use
- Contacting support team was pleasurable experience as they were friendly and answered immediately in a chat
- Due to dynamic watermarking, I can sleep tight at night and not think about contect security
- One of the bonuses is the capability of having landing page for each course
- Even though it's possible to customize the names/titles to fit my language, I would like to see more language options and payment gateways
- Unfortunately, there is no video hosting; the only way is to use third-party solutions (Youtube, Vimeo)
- Better UI/UX improvement is needed

All-in-one LMS and course marketing solution with Scorm support
The biggest benefit of Spayee is that you don't need any third party tools for the whole process. From course design, landing page creation, course management and publishing, store view, checkout process to a great learning experience with Scorm content, quizzes and certificate upon course completion in one package, in a straightforward process.
- What I like the most about Spayee is that it is an all-in-one solution, I don't have to juggle with several disconnected systems (lms, marketing, ecommerce) system to effectively design, publish and sell my courses
- I love the Scorm content support, it allows me to import content that I had created in the past and it even works great on tablets and mobiles
- To be honest, what I like the least about Spayee, is its name
- Other than that, every all-in-one system comes with its limitations for the sake of simplicity and effectiveness so I can't complain about it
- The landing page builder is not great but it works ok

Learndash is great, has potentially more features than Spayee but it was very complicated to setup and maintain even though I'm a tech savvy user with many years of wordpress experience.

Robbing & Fake Company { I'm literally robbed & misled by the person who onboarded}
Pathetic, horrible & robbing fooling people by their false commitments. The platform is good but very difficult to use by myself, Pathetic & bad experience as nobody picks up calls or provides any support. No touchpoint & no help is extended after onboarding. once payment is done & all contents are in their platform they will kick you off & not provide any support.

- With a branded website and mobile app, you can create custom courses for any purpose, any topic, and any scenario
- It is also more affordable than its competitors because of the number of features it offers
- My deepest thanks to the team for establishing a global payment processor network and for allowing me to choose a country-specific payment system

Great service and product
I have been using Graphy's LMS platform for a few years now. I am happy with the tech made available and also satisfied with the update rolled out on a regular basis. What really sets them apart is great support. Any challenges that emerge are looked into quickly and resolved. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable LMS.

In two years of using Graphy, managing my LMS has been a easy. Its easy interface and proactive support system let me focus on my business, without worrying about LMS hassles. Graphy is the must to have LMS
I am overall satisfied with the graphy given its price.
- I have previously used Teachable with monthly billing, and the courses were quite expensive
- Since switching to Graphy, I have no intention of returning
- I absolutely love this LMS
Graphy is currently unable to provide social proof in both ways due to the unavailability of PDFs for uploading and the inability for users to leave comments below the videos
