Excellent Project Management Tool
Excellent project management software that really keeps you on top of your tasks and timeline.
- I love being able to set up a template for our tasks with dependencies that I can reuse on each project
- The tags function helps me to easily assign tasks to the right person by simply filtering on those tags
- Software occasionally becomes buggy and you need to log out and restart

We have had some difficulties in early iterations of integrations with Salesforce & various automations, but since releasing the Recipe Builder integrations through Workato, we have been able to accomplish our needs

I recommend GuideCx to everyone! My husband's company uses it too!
We use GuideCX for our client onboarding processes. It helps us stay on track and sends reminders to our clients and internal users for tasks that need to be completed. It has options to include checklists, links and attachments to keep everything in one place.
- The software is easy to use, super customizable, and works exactly as needed
- Their customer service is also a huge plus, they are always available and helpful
- I love working with everyone at the GuideCX team
- Their software is also always improving and they are always adding new and exciting features
- I honestly am so glad I found them
- I use GuideCX daily and can't say enough great things about them
some of the integrations don't do as much as I would like, I wish there was more integrations available with Hubspot

Great product for our global onboarding team.
The service levels are amazing, a great support, impl, and CS team. The product works great and we enjoy the structure and visibility it provides.

Best project management tool I've used in a long time.
The staff at GuideCX has been quite honestly the best thing about working with the product. Such a difference in how they handle their clients, most of the time on the fly within 1 minute of a question I have. Extremely responsive, so I can get the assistance I need, to keep moving in my day for the client I am also servicing. That's how it's done.
- For ease of use, I can setup a new client with access in minutes, and they can jump right in and begin knocking out assigned tasks
- Ongoing oversight of their progress is a breeze
- Honestly, we just haven't found that many things it can't do, or we can't live without
- All the bells and whistles are right here

Great project management and reporting tool. Allows us to see the bottle necks and work to resolve.
- I am a huge fan of this product and it keeps getting better on a regular basis
- Many of our projects have the same core premise and may need some tweaks so we use multiple templates to build out a project plan
- We have a Project Prep and a Project Wrap that are the same steps for every project and the middle "templates" are deliverable based and allow us to then add/remove task specific to the client
- Client also have access to the project plan and project status through the portal and are required to use tasks and notes to provide updates on their tasks and ask questions
- All communications are in the same place
- We also like that we can have contributors within our company to have access to projects they are working on and can update their tasks at no cost for thier seat
- The over all product has a strong set of features and are improving every day
- I just wish the mobile version could be more administrator friendly
