- I have been using Clockify for approximately 5 years now and it is one of the main websites/apps that I use consistently for time logging
- I think the features are good and it is easy for me to record multiple clients/projects with separate billing
I think the app can feel a bit clunky sometimes, a bit like a widget but this has improved and will continue to improve I am sure

Clockify helped the International Journal of Nursing and Health Services keep accurate billing and organized project hours, saving us time on admin and allowing us to focus more on publishing quality content.
- It makes logging editorial hours and tracking tasks simple and cost-effective for our small journal team
- Its project and collaboration features let us coordinate work across articles, billing, and admin-with options to automate so that we spend less time manually tracking time
- AWe have encountered the odd bug with syncing time entries and reports, and customer support can be slow regarding billing or payment issues
- Advanced automation setups can take a while to learn and might require more support if you have smaller teams

The Time Tacking and Project Management Solution for companies with little time to spare
Overall experience is extremely positive, we have been using the platform for over 3 years now and have not found another tool that comes close for functionality per dollar spent.
- All the required functionality is built in from Time Tracking to Project Budgeting and Billing, Tracking actuals vs budget, Invoicing, Project performance management
- The platform itself is very easy to setup, manage and use, which for our company was key
- Also comes with straightforward though completely usable time off and expense tracking functionality
- The time tracking plugins are awesome especially for busy teams that would rather spend time building functionality than recording their time
- The customer support provided by Cake team is top notch
- Given the price for comparable tools in the market, which may come with more functionality, however given our requirements Clockify was the perfect fit for our needs
- One of the areas that needs further improvement is approvals, both for time and time off requests as well as for expenses
- Need the ability to route the approval to either a Team Manager or Project Manager (should be configurable when setting up the project)
- Also users should not be able to self approve time and time off requests

Tracking time and expense manually in Excel and then trying to make sense of it for customer billing was turning into a nightmare.

Perfect for time recording and allocation
I use Clockify every day to record and allocate my working time to client activity. I use it to associate time with specific projects and record project activity.
- I use Clockify free to record all of my consulting time for customers, in order to charge for hours worked, and I have to say this is one product where I don’t NEED to upgrade to access features, but I feel I will anyway, because the developers DESERVE the payment
- The product is slick, works well for reporting, simple to run reports with all the detail needed, tag support
- If you need to record and allocate time, then Clockify does the job perfectly
- I don’t like that I can find a way to edit seconds on manually entered time entries

Time saving, deadline adapting, and great value for money
My experience with Clockify was fab! Made a big difference to how we manage our time in the workplace. It tracks time but in the long run, saves time too.
- Brilliant software for tracking the amount of time employees use for jobs so that we can ensure the right amount of time is being offered to them in the future
- This means less burnout for employees and deadlines being met consistently
- The free plan is also great - we never felt a pressure to upgrade for a good service
- There's no auto-scheduling or shift swaps and no ready-made reports available
- It's also limited in terms of task and project management, though it can be integrated with other softwares that do this

Clockify keeps me organzied!
As a virtual assistant for many different companies, my experience using clockify has been great! It helps me keep everything organized so I can bill my hours properly and keep it professional down to the second!
- Clockify is such an easy program to use for keeping track of your time
- For being a free program, I love using it
- You can switch from "stop watch" mode to manual entry really easy and you can also label the different projects for each time recorded too which makes it easier to keep track if you are someone who clocks into multiple different projects like me
- I have yet to find something I don't like about this software
- So far my experience it has checked all the boxes

Clockify - great!
Clockify if a for what you need it for. For my little business this is all I need to time keep and make sure I have everything in one place.
- I like how you can store all your hours and keep track of employees times
- The invoicing tool is very handy
- I don’t like how the app works, sometimes can be glitchy and always logs me out
- Which can be frustrating at times

Great time tracking tool for all business
Clockify is one of the best tool I had ever used . A person does not need whole bunch kf training to just start using this tool. It was designed in consideration with ease of use

- You can enter hours in just number and it automatically recognize it

- I’ll say clockify is a great tool and has so much potential to be better
- I particularly like the fact that it’s got a free version that can do a lot, it gives you an idea of what the app is and helps you decide if you want a paid plan and surprisingly there’s even more advanced features and I like the fact that it can integrate with other tools
- The mobile interface feels a little bit too much, if I may say it needs a cleaner more easily accessible interface
- The constant bug is also an issue which Ofcourse requires frequent updates
