Still an amazing resource for businesses!

It has definitely helped us to elevate our business in many areas. It is a convenient resource that has allowed the company to streamline processes.

Easy access to customer profiles, ability to run reports on multiple jobs, ability to use bulk messaging to customers

Room for improvement

Can be limited on creating your own reports, doesn’t automatically calculate commissions which would be an extra feature that would be nice to have

Best Service Scheduling Software

It has turned our business around as far as billing and scheduling service. It has saved us money in the time we would put into reporting and tracking before it does most everything for us.

What they liked
  • We love using HCP in our office it has streamlined so many processes for us
  • We use it for billing, scheduling and vehicle tracking as well as customer tracking
  • Their customer service is great and timely as well as being a good value for the cost
Room for improvement

Sometimes they implement new features without notice so there is a learning curve sometimes in finding where they moved buttons

Not satisfying

No fun at all. A bit complicated during the set up. The options and descriptions were not helpful.

Housecall Pro for the Pros!

Housecall Pro has an amazing customer service team and there is always someone to respond to questions. I thoroughly appreciated that part of the experience with the app as it transpired to my understanding of how things work within it!

What they liked
  • HouseCallPro is a wonderful product for the blue collar service industry
  • I love the way that you can process payments easily through the app
  • Everything is very user friendly after a little bit of practice and it really helps keeps all my clients data organized
Room for improvement
  • The only thing I had trouble with was the monthly costs for what I needed for my business personally
  • I am not saying it is not a good deal, it just had a bit more bells and whistles than I needed as a one man operation
  • I can see how if you have more than 2 employees how it can keep everything very organized when it comes to planning and setting up daily routes

After over 4 years, I grew more and more disappointed.

Was happy for the first few years, then as they grew, they cared less about their tenured customers.

What they liked
  • The interface was very user-friendly
  • It had a lot of the features we originally wanted and was easy to use

  • Not customizable enough for our business
  • Customer service got worse and worse
  • They began to take away or charge more for the features we were used to having

Not trustworthy - They won’t give you a Gift Card for hearing them out!!!!

Definitely not trustworthy and I have worked with HouseCall Pro two times. If they promise you anything, you should wait until they fulfill their promise.

What they liked

Housecall Pro is consistent when it comes to reaching out to you for purchasing the latest product, however they are non reachable when you have an issue

  • I was promised a $100 Gift card for attending a Zoom call and not only held up my end but purchased a plan for the second time
  • I have yet to receive a gift card and I have been told by every department someone will reach out to me this week - That was 2 months ago

Did not work for us

It was good. Customer service was a bit of a hassle to get in contact with someone trying to cancel my sub

  • I liked how we can send customers messages
  • And how we can charge customers the deposit and payments through the invoicing option

Their prices are a little bit to high compared to other softwares and they charge for every extra thing on top of that
