The Customer Service Teams prepares and initial template of the current report which makes it much faster and more seamless to update the Disclosure Management Platform. [sensitive content hidden] and his team perform efficiently, effectively and are very knowledgeable.

- The final product is always of high quality and is delivered within our deadlines
- We frequently require last-minute changes to our iXBRL report, and our IRIS team always kindly ensures these changes are made in time for our filing

- However, we recognize that making last-minute changes to pages and sections can sometimes be challenging especially if there are many, so our only suggestion for improvement would focus on this area
