About iTacit

iTacit is a workforce app designed to simplify communication and improve engagement between employers and teams. This solution is suitable for organizations in various industries including healthcare, government, banking, manufacturing, plus more. It can be used by HR teams, internal comms, and operational leaders to share critical updates, messages, and new training with remote and in-office employees. The iTacit app is compatible with Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices. Within the iTacit workforce app, organizations can access various modules, including Connect, Educate, Engage, and Operate. Connect can be used to manage role-based messaging, notice boards and polls, documents, and usage reports. Educate is an LMS module that features course authoring, automated learning paths, and compliance tracking. Additional iTacit tools include recruiting and onboarding, performance management, form builder, automation workflows, plus more. Pricing is per user on a monthly subscription basis. Support is available via phone, email, and other online resources.

A new user

Currently, our training platform does not integrate with the policy platform and training is tracked manually; several training modules are purchased as new staff are oriented to the organization and no refresh training is done. With iTacit, we will end contracts with the policy and training platform, automate training compliance tracking and enhance the employee experience with annualized asynchronous, self scheduled refresher training. The people at iTacit are extremely helpful, insightful and patient with me as I build the platform for our use. What they liked
  • the software is fairly intuitive once you are accustomed to the terminology (i-course, knowledge program)
  • Visually appealing and easy to navigate as an administrator and end user
Room for improvement
  • Building pages in the software are fairly limited; for example, image placement on a page seems to be limited to left, centre and right with no ability to have the text squared with it as in WORD or PowerPoint
  • Media Libraries and permission groups seem to be independent of each module and it would be helpful if they were linked or a central library could be referenced by the various modules

Great software!

My overall experience with iTacit has been great, I find that their IT support team is excellent. Anytime I have issues or I'm not sure how to proceed, they're very helpful - will send me videos (how to's), screen shots or even set up a meeting so we can chat.

What they liked
  • We launched ITacit during the beginning of the pandemic, I think this was a perfect time to launch this new employee intranet as we needed to be more connected than ever
  • The notice board is a great way to share important information / tips for our employees
  • It even saves us from sending mass emails

Good Software!

Better communication, more modern look! The person that did our training was great as well as the tech support person! Very fast and efficient.

Pretty good software overall, the Notice Board is visually pleasing with the option to comment and like posts, similar to facebook

Training Program is one of the best!

iTacit has been great to work with and I would highly recommend any company contacting iTacit before they finalize their agreement for training and support with some other company.

The iTacit team are incredible. I cannot say enough positive things about the entire process of setting up, launching and going live with this platform. Our training program has been drastically improved as well as communication between locations. iTacit has played a huge role in improving our corporate culture!

iTacit LMS Platform

I joined the company after they had adopted iTacit so I had to play catch up as I took on the role. iTacit support was extremely helpful and responsive. They are easy to reach through email and they also provided several Rise courses which were detailed and walked through many of the administrative tasks in Bridge.

What they liked
  • Some of the best things about iTacit include the document library
  • It is a one stop shop for all job aids, policies, SOPs, quick references, etc
  • With this single source, version control is a breeze to maintain
  • We also rely on the "Forms" feature (additional cost for these users) to ensure specific protocol are followed at specific times by specific people
  • The customer service and responsiveness of iTacit is another plus
  • If you don't know how to do something, just ask
Room for improvement
  • I think the difficulties I've had with iTacit would be that some areas of the platform seem to me to be a bit complex - as an average person, not an LMS expert or specialist
  • However, this level of complexity also means that you can do just about anything you want in terms of course creation and reporting, you just have to figure it out
  • And I believe they don't yet have a report to be able to run that will tell you the last login date for each user

I would recommend itacit as an LMS

Working with our itacit representative has made my overall experience exceptional.
