Not relevant for India region - take a trial before you subscribe
The data points are easy to view and software is easy to navigate. The graphics are also nice. if the software was able pull relevant data I would have kept my subscription.
- Lots of data points which can are useful for a seller are provided by Jungle scout
- The data is presented in easy to view format
- Information and data are not up to date for India region
- The sales figures did not match with what Amazon had mentioned on its website nor the same matched for our own products

Very good value for money
My general experience is good, I understand the interface well, it is a help that I can put it in my language, Spanish, and also the searches carried out and the market study have borne fruit and work for me. Also the listing building tool is a help to review my listings. Keyword Scout is very good, I really like this function and it is very comfortable to analyze and easy to see and intuitive too. The sales analysis section seems good, I've been looking at it recently and it seems to be a great help too. The extension is very convenient and easy to use at a glance. I can say that I am happy in general. I would just love to see the pet category analyzed, it's really important because it's a big sales category.
- I really like the customer support they have, they are always quick to respond, and they also always offer solutions to problems that arise
- As for the Jungle Scout interface, I find it intuitive and easy to use
- Once you get the hang of it, you can move through the different screens to do your work, understanding the process well
- I also like that since I started more than two years ago, things have been updated and it is more modern and has more functions than when I started, something very valuable for my business
- I don't like Jungle because I can't analyze the Pets category, which has a lot of potential, and I can't use the opportunity search engine or use the extension on Amazon, because it doesn't provide data
- This is a major flaw for me, since at the same time Not having this large sales section, I cannot analyze the pet niche market
- I also don't like that I can't do searches in all the countries of the European Union, which is the market in which I am going to expand my business
- Those two bugs I mention are the important bugs I see in JungleScout

Pleasantly surprised!
Very pleasant so far! I’ve been happy with customer service, and search results. I’m pleased with all of the tools.
- Super fast response to my email, also it was a human and not automated
- Very easy
- The problem was fixed by the very next day
- I haven’t had any real problems yet
- I wish jungle scout would add the amount you’ll be charged including tax, I thought I’d be getting charged $500 something, but I was actually charged $600 something
- I’m guessing it was the price with tax, I’m sure it says that in the fine print- but I wish it wasn’t fine print you know

Need to improve customer service
Moderate but there is a lot of scope for improvement.
- The prices are competitive
- There are more tools to secure products
- The keyword data are more accurate
- No plan for 3/6 month
- Limited month historical data and customer support is quite slow
