User Friendly
Great way to learn without taking time out of the office
- When you log onto the system it user friendly and simple to follow
- Hard to run any compliance reports from the software

A great all round package
A very good experience from implementation support, great content, ease of use and after-sales support.
- The ease of navigation in both the learner view and admin functions
- The off-the shelf content is very well written and delivered
- The support from Kallidus is also really good and waiting times for replies to tickets are really speedy
- I'd like to see a calendar view for facilitator led events
- We see quite low enrolment on our courses as people have to specifically search for them

Kallidus LMS Review
Overall the experience is excellent, the variety of courses available and customer support is very good.
- Ability to write your own content, the reporting using Power BI
- The ability to customise your fields in the setup
- Easy to design reports with Power BI
Can be difficult to locate what you want in Administration, the inability to modify course content once it has been created

It could probably do an awful lot more
It's a good platform to have everything in one place - we can quickly pull out mandatory training records for audit purposes, for example. It's great to have instructor-led sessions and online learning accessible via the same button. I have a feeling that we could do so much more with the system, but due to limited knowledge, we're probably missing out on quite a few features that could be helpful.
- I like the layout and what it looks like - it feels easy to use unless you're trying to do the admin bits as well
- Uploading new courses is fairly easy and I like the logo library for courses - although a 'search' option would be desired
- The separate Kallidus Zendesk helpdesk is good and you normally get a reply quickly
- Its inflexibility at times - for example, we would have so many improvement ideas to make it easier for the end user, but you can put your suggestions forward and very little happens; or it takes a long time to see any changes
- It's not necessarily intuitive - changing a password is clumsy and only works for those who have a company email address on the system
- It also doesn't give enough information for the end user; for example, if I want to see when I took the Data Protection course, I cannot see that anywhere on my account
- The amount of detail you can add on a course is limited
- Reporting I find very difficult, but then again, this could be lack of support initially, when we asked for more training on this
- Let's put it this way: if you get things bang on from the word go, it's easy
- If you try to change anything later, it's difficult

Excellent learning management system - Kallidus
Excellent, easy to use and good learning content. Support is great and employees have found it easy to use.
- The whole system and support matched our requirements
- The support, from setup to ongoing is excellent and the courses are of a high quality and meet our r a board spectrum of requirements for our employees
- The initial training was in-depth and a lot to learn before you have access to the system
- We are still learning how to us ethe system o it full capacity, but it will take time and have concerns we may not be setting the system in the right way for long term benefits

Learning Management System
Simple to use, very user friendly, looks great. You can find what you need without wasting time clicking through a number of steps. Uploading content, creating catalogues, tracking progress and reporting is easy and straight forward to use. Customer support is great, always on hand to assist with any queries.

It can be easy to miss a step when setting up an accreditation however, the benefit of the automated roll out of mandatory training after setting up an accreditation to ensure compliance is huge

Very good. It's done everything we needed and made out company compliant! I would definitely recommend kallidus.

- The reporting has been vastly improved also and is now very good
- Not being able to create pathways is probably number one but that is coming very soon
- The thumbnail upload can be a bit slow at times also

Brilliant Platform
Implementation was a breeze, supported every step of the way, the platform has been great for the team who find it really use to use.
The platform is very modern and user friendly, the off the shelf courses are engaging and informative
There is not anything specific that I would say I dislike about the platform, the only thing I have come up against is that we are unable to select certain courses in a specific order

Outstanding LMS and team to work with
Outstanding, in the implementation phase we were treated like we were their only clients even though that clearly wasn't the case.
- It's adaptable and gives the end user a modern and easy to navigate experience
- It also can be a one stop shop for all learning and development
The learning curve to getting to grips with the system can be steep at times, but I think this would be the case for any LMS

Kallidus is great - better than so many other systems out there.
They were great from the sales team, especially [sensitive content hidden], to the implementation, especially [sensitive content hidden], to the ongoing support from [sensitive content hidden], and the great webinars to learn more about the system. The 'Ask Me Anything' sessions are great too, and the library of knowledge and training to solve any problem that arises. Also, the large content they offer is really top-notch.
Its ease of use, value for money, great look and feel and interactive, clever courses in so many languages, catering to all groups of people
- Uploading history can be a little tough, but the support is there for whatever you need
- Otherwise, I don't have anything bad to say about the system
