Decent Product Overall

LGM is very good product overall. Their support team is also very helpful - they sent me loom video to solve my query..I liked this guesture

- Most of the LinkedIn activities can be automated - LinkedIn voice message feature - AI interation in LGM - CRM integration

Room for improvement
  • Sometimes LGM didn't follow the limits that I had set for a LinkedIn profile
  • And this happened quite often like I was scheduling 30 messages a day and only 12-13 were being sent

Very user-friendly and efficient solution to have a multichannel approach and enrich your database

LGM allowed us to reactivate dying leads using other channels than emails, which drastically improved the results of our campaigns. In addition, we are also able to daily make our database grow using LGM’s LinkedIn import and enrichment features. LGM also gave us the opportunity to automate a lot of steps in our prospection that were time-consuming and of low value for EMAsphere. Synchronization with our CRM was a key factor in this project. Our CRM has a lot of marketing automation tools but none for sales automation. LGM being natively synchronized with Hubspot was a perfect match, bringing innovative and simple-to-use features.

  • LGM automatically matches and finds the LinkedIn profiles without making it timeconsuming
Room for improvement
  • Managing the different sequences and templates can sometimes be a bit complex
  • Sometimes it's a bit difficult to understand why you do not reach the daily limits of your account in terms of sent emails or messages

Very useful tool for lead generation !

Super satisfied by this tool and especially by the team itself ! Their are very helpful and very kind.

- Help me save time in the lead generation - Simplify the whole process of lead generation as it is sync with LinkedIn - Free your mind as you do not have to take care of sending a follow up email to someone that did not reply to your last email

Room for improvement

- Need time to set the system to have something working in the end - If you are using SalesForce like me and want to sync data between both solutions, you need to find a workaround with Zapier which could take time and not be the best solution to your needs

The integromat (Make) for multicanal outreach

Very good, i really like the buisness support reviewing worklow and copywriting of your campaigns.
