Intuitive all-in-one marketing automation tool with strong CRM integration
I create and send customer mailings and mailing lists. Making email management quick and user friendly. The entire lead process can be mapped and organized using this tool, saving you a lot of work and making new customer acquisition more efficient.
- The user interface is very intuitive, so even new team members can get up to speed quickly
- I find the seamless integration between CRM and marketing functions particularly helpful, as it keeps data consistent and automates processes
- Saves a lot of time because I no longer have to jump back and forth between different tools
- I love the email tool, super easy and intuitive to use
- You can create and send great newsletters supper quickly using drag and drop
In some instances, the contact forms and mailing templates/modules are limited in terms of number of drop downs and various consent footers

The form creation area was quite slow at times. I felt I was missing the ability to insert a pre built funnel immediately after creating the webinar to remind participants.

Terrible Customer Experience - Don't Bother if You're a New Customer
As a business owner exploring a switch from another platform, I was hoping to get some basic guidance from HubSpot. My first impression was incredibly disappointing. First, their calendar booking service was completely non-functional; it just showed a blank screen. When I tried to find an alternative way to connect, I was given only two options: get a demo for a $300 product or use their generic chat/telephone support. All I needed was a simple 15-minute conversation with a human to understand if HubSpot was even the right fit for my business needs before committing time to a full demo. The fact that this isn't an option shows a complete disregard for the customer journey. It's clear that their process is designed to push expensive products, not to help business owners make informed decisions. If you are looking for a company that values building a relationship and understanding your needs, this is not the place. The focus is clearly on the dollars, not the customer. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

For a company like AVOW, working across multiple regions and managing complex client relationships, HubSpot offered the scalability and integrations that Pipedrive couldn’t provide.

Good addition if you also have Sales Hub
Overall, marketing hub works good. Easy to set up scheduled and automated emails. Also easy to read the stats and see clients response to it. Some tracking work better than others.
- It’s an all-in-one platform, therefore it’s easy to keep track of different areas such as marketing and sales
- Email marketing has a good tracking system, it’s easy to create campaigns and to create automated emails through workflows
- There is many limitations between professional and enterprise, and it’s a big cost difference
- It’s annoying that is not possible to track sales/deals closed based on email marketing campaigns
- Big issue when you are an ecommerce
- Also had issues with tracking FB ads, as it keeps getting an error that the ad was not possible to track because of the image size

Active campaign was too slow for the amount of contacts we had. Also at the moment, Hubspot was more advanced. This was 3 years ago, I don’t know how mucha it has changed. But Hubspot was a full CRM system, while active campaign was missing a lot of features.

New to HubSpot, very comprehensive system
We're only just getting started with HubSpot, I met with our customer support agent and he's been very helpful, pointing us in the right direction with email management and lead generation. Making sure that HubSpot remains value for money.
It's great to be able to house everything under one roof and have a tech stack that communicates with everything I need
There's so much you can do with HubSpot it can be overwhelming for some and hard to know where to start

One stop, one solution
Great One-stop-SaaS to cover a large variety of Marketing, Inbound and CRM topics. More suitable for a larger enterprise in my opinion.

- As always, prices could be cheaper, especially for a team of significant size
