Amazing - Very impressive to see what the progress
As of now, one of the most solid ESPs out there, which not only produces an amazing front-end/UI experience but also delivers top-notch results on deliverability and acceptance by big providers.
- There are plenty of good reasons to like—easy product, well-built and clean interface
- What most companies fail at is keeping a product that is friendly to end-users, since they want to showcase many options
- However, SendinBlue (now Brevo) provides an excellent, clean path for Marketing and User Management
- To add that the price is fantastic for small and mid-sized companies
- API access is very but very good very impressive, quick fyi for those whom needed it
- I want to be able to add Marketeers and other users to the account without additional fees
- I don't see the added value and it creates frustration to share a password

Easy setup and high value vs competitors.
Very satisfactory. I have had little issue with the service since switching, and one of them was simply an issue of me not being able to find a fuction, which support easily pointed out to me.
- Value of services vs competitors
- Ease of use of the dashboard and SMTP/API interfaces
- Thanks to this, and a decent third party support of the service, I was able to quickly migrate us from mailchimp to Brevo
- Some instructions are unclear, so documentation could use a mild "tune-up
- " Such as when I was notified that we did not have a functioning captcha (due to an API key mismatch on our end), no where did it state that we needed to open a ticket to verify the resolution to prevent our service being locked
- The way the docs were written made it sound like it would be automatically checked
Switched From
Expanded our use from just email marketing campaign (newsletter type signup) to also using Brevo for transactional SMTP service. Also, the cost for Mailchimp did not come near meeting a decent ROI.
Why they chose it
"Easy migration from mailchimp, good reports from other users for Brevo/Sendinblue, reasonable pricing."

Gets the job done
Consumer Electronics
- It gets the job done for broadcasts and opt ins
- Setting up the follow up sequence is not intuitive and is time consuming

Don't hesitate to use Brevo!
Apart from the two inconveniences mentioned above, which are quite frustrating for me (especially the suspension of campaigns prepared in full compliance with quality standards), my overall experience has been positive and I do recommend Brevo to others. The attractive pricing is also important advantage, especially for the large–scale email sending I need, which has to remain cost-effective.
The advantages of Brevo for me: - attractive pricing compared to similar platforms - very clear interface and ease of use - a responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful support team - high email deliverability
- I think Brevo has an overly sensitive algorithm related to email deliverability and customer engagement
- My campaigns were suspended even though the open rate was between 25–41%, and I had to contact support for assistance
- I should note that in my campaigns I use only contacts from my own list, validated both with an external tool and manually
- Another inconvenience is the “campaigns in review” process — the resulting delays in sending are unfavorable from a conversion standpoint, because emails don’t reach recipients during peak open-rate hours
- I strongly recommend improving this
- I never had this issue with Mailchimp
Switched From
I switched to Brevo from MailChimp because MailChimp had become too expensive, especially for large-scale email sending. Brevo offered a much more affordable pricing structure for the volume I needed.
Why they chose it
"I chose Brevo because it offers much more attractive pricing compared to similar platforms, which is especially important for large-scale email sending. The interface is very clear and easy to use, making daily work smooth and efficient. I also appreciate Brevo’s responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful support team, as well as the platform’s high email deliverability, which ensures that my campaigns reach their recipients reliably."

Great For Transactional Email
My overall experience with Brevo has been good. It's easy to use, it's great value for the amount I spend on it. I tried using it for email marketing campaigns, but it wasn't ideal since I wasn't bombarding my subscribers all the time with emails. I'd go back the next month to do a newsletter, and all my subscribers would be marked "inactive." Their WordPress plugin used to not be updated in a timely manner, but they've done better in this department.
- I primarily use Brevo as a tool so that I and my clients can receive transactional emails through our WordPress sites, and it's outstanding for that
- I find the user interface to be easy to navigate, and I can always quickly find what I need
- I haven't used their customer support in quite some time, because they used to give me answers that weren't correct
- What I didn't like about that is that someone who knows nothing about how email works would look at their replies and find them plausible
- However, the technical language in their replies left a lot to be desired
Switched From
I was able to secure a lifetime subscription through AppSumo.com to be able to send out 10,000 emails a month, and I'd been looking for something other than WP Mail SMTP, which is a pain in the rump to set up.

Reliable and Professional Email Platform with Excellent Support
My overall experience with Brevo has been excellent. The platform is reliable, easy to integrate, and performs consistently well for both transactional emails and newsletters. I also want to highlight their outstanding technical support — my account was once suspended due to bot abuse, but after implementing Turnstile to secure my forms, the team reviewed the case and reactivated my account very quickly. Their responsiveness and professionalism really make a difference.
- I really like how reliable and easy to use Brevo is
- I’ve used it as an SMTP server for several websites’ contact forms, and it has worked flawlessly
- I’ve also helped a client set up mailing lists and manage newsletters through their Brevo subscription — both the form integration and the user management tools work smoothly
- The platform feels stable, intuitive, and professional, which makes it a great choice for both developers and clients
- Honestly, there’s not much to dislike about Brevo
- If anything, the interface can feel a bit slow at times when switching between sections, especially on accounts with a lot of contacts
- But overall, it’s a minor issue compared to how well the platform performs

Brevo is my go-to SMTP email service
I'm a lead developer at a small web agency, and we always recommend Brevo to our clients. It's easy to set up, provides all the functionality our clients need at the best pricepoint, and the account configuration makes it very easy to co-work and troubleshoot across different accounts.
Brevo's delegated account access means that my clients can take care of simple tasks by themselves, and I can easily access their account if they need help with more technical tasks
There is so much functionality that sometimes it's hard to find the particular item I'm looking for in all the menus
Switched From
Brevo has a better price point for our low-volume small nonprofit clients.

A Refreshingly Simple Alternative to the Big Platforms
I reached out to customer service and they were able to help me identify the issue. They were very responsive and helpful. I've been looking for a newsletter service for some time, but didn't want anything overly complicated. I've used many in the past - Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, Active Campaign, HubSpot - and really like the simplicity of this program. I noticed your logo on the bottom of an email I received from a vendor I used so that's how I found you, and I'm happy I did. I'm very happy with my experience so far, so thank you for providing such a robust, free option! I anticipate requiring a subscription in the future, so keep up the good work!
Ease of use, customer support, client management, and user interface, especially for the free version
- Didn't receive any notifications/warnings in my dashboard or email that my form was not sending properly
- I tested my form and received a message that it went through, but I never saw the email in my account
- Perhaps that's because it is a free account
- I'm not sure

Brevo Email Integration Review
Overall, Brevo is a great platform, great UX, I’d say 9/10. And it was really easy to integrate it into my project as a developer(I used it to send emails). Would I pay for it? Definitely
- There’s a couple of things
- The UX is really great, I didn’t have any issues signing up the first time, or finding my way around the website
- Secondly, great customer service(shoutout to [sensitive content hidden])
- And thirdly, it definitely eased my work as a developer, integrating it into my project was a breeze
- Things do happen without warning
- My account got suspended without warning(first bad experience) and I couldn’t find any immediate answers from the terms and conditions or the help page (second one)
- I had to reach out directly to support
Switched From
They didn’t give me what I was looking for. And it’s not that easy to figure out integration

Brevo - easy but powerful
I am new to email marketing. Brevo is an inviting company with easy access to a real help desk. I raised a help ticket about a query and received a fast friendly reply.
- An intuitive product, easy to setup with a good interface
- Users can start small but have the confidence that the product will scale
- I am yet to find something that I do not like
- If is was forced to find an area to improve, it would be easy access to better metrics
Switched From
Mailchimp was NOT user friendly and their help desk was not helpful!
