I liked the most the possibility to cross reference a visit to a possible source and name of the lead
The only thing i would improve is the speed of assigning a lead to a sales rep, could be made a little more userfriendly

Great tool to have
I have enjoyed using Lead forensics and the options to see the history, the names of employees is a helpful tab. Its easy to use and to update. I think it would be beneficial for us if we could link it to the system we currently use but its no bother going onto the site and cross referencing it. Lead forensics has been a great tool for us to reach out to the facilities departments that need our services.
- Its great that you can see the 'History' so you can call them and you have an idea of what it is they need help with
- doesn't feel like a cold call when making contact
- A name of the actual person that looked at the website would be really beneficial
- sometimes when they leave the number its the office number which then doesn't help getting hold of the actual department or team
- Maybe a box so they the client can leave a question if they are looking for or needing something in particular to make it feel more personable

Long term customer - awful customer service
We've been a long term customer of Lead Forensics, price hikes each year without improving the software has made it difficult to justify this software over alternative channels which have consistently provided better ROI. The reason for the 1 star, is partially the above, but primarily the awful customer service approach when it came to cancelling the contract. We were 1 day past the 30day auto renewal date, and they have forced us to pay in full for a service we won't be using. Very short sighted business approach, when there are so many alternatives out there. I would highly recommend considering alternatives.

An extra pair of eyes for our marketing team
I had a really great experience with LeadForensic, and I recommend using them. From onboarding til launch and during product use, we are always looked after by [sensitive content hidden], our account manager. We always have useful monthly meetings where we go through user cases, successes, and next steps. We renewed LF for another year and we look forward to our continued partnership.

Lead forensics honest review
Excellent, I have used Lead forensics previously and initially recommended it. I have found it useful and the easer of use on the site is user friendly.
- Very informative, gives you all the details you require in terms of the client to then reach out to
- Gives us Sales team another route into finding more leads
- The Set up up is straight forward
You cant actually see who the person is only the company this would help to narrow down who to contact when the lead comes through

Great for sales and easy to use
My overall experience with Lead Forensics has been positive. The capacity has improved our business visibility and it is a very clever tool. It supports our Sales Team and is easy to use. It is also interesting to see how many people are looking at our website. It would be good if it could like up with other systems, but overall a smooth system

I do enjoy Lead Forensics! It really supports the business! It comes in fast and gives a time of when they was last looking at the website
- Its very helpful that you can search employees
- And find out the DM name and phone number and email address's
- I dont like the fact you have manual move from Lead to Call back
- It makes it longer to process your new leads

Overall very positive. We’re getting great, actionable data from the platform. We had an easy set process and have an excellent customer success manager.
