A solid no B.S. card
It's so non-discriminant and easy to use that I've been using it for years and years and years personal and professionally. There referral services Straight up and pays out quickly I've hooked all my friends and family up.
- Just about everything is free, and what isn't you hardly notice
- They have a version of a credit card that gains interest and affects your credit even though I don't have one yet
- But I like how I can connect chime with any type of credit monitoring service, the syncing works with KEY bank which seems to be picky with whom they work with
- Also I've noticed that half of the banks with debit cards don't wanna let you link the actual cards with services like Google pay so you can go contactless and with chime it's a piece of cake
- Sometimes their customer service is a little hard to get threw to
- I can always get someone it just takes a little while
- And you get an additional savings account right off the bat whether you want it or not
- It's not bothersome and your not forced to use it I just think it's a waste

Overall it has been pretty good. Like I said their pricing is high for any of their add ons. I wasn’t a fan of their social media ads they claim to create for you
- How easy it is to customize the system to all of your needs and likes
- I do like the fact it comes with website customizations
- The pricing is very high for the level of customer service I get
- It usually takes a long time to solve issues

Don't waste your money!
They made a lot of promises when they sign you up but never delivered. I had them for six months and only got a few bad leads.

- They never delivered on their promises and I wasted my money

- When you call their customer service you get some foreigner that you can barely understand
- The few leads I did get in the 6 months I had them were terrible, even when I paid extra to have them do the ads for me I got 1 lead

Lofty Pros and Cons
I like how it keeps all contact information in one place and allows you to set reminders for your tasks. Customer support is very slow responding and it's hard to get a fast and direct answer with issues.
- I love that the AI intelligence writes texts and emails for you
- The filters are hard to navigate and do not stay permanently

Wouldn't use it if it were free - Horrible CRM
Horrible. Nothing but promises. Never resolve anything even when you escalate. I've never had so many problems with email. Lofty has undermined my business like no other software.
- Lots of features but none of them work
- Customer service picks up but they never solve problems
- They are very good about asking for feedback but don't apply it
- Horrible, horrible, horrible
- What a waste of time and money
- We have submitted over 50 tickets in a two month period
- Emails bounce, websites don't integrate, features don't work, they make promises, open tickets and close them with no resolution
- I have used multiple CRMs and this is by far the worst customer service ever
- I wouldn't use it if it were FREE

Chime Review Ten Out Of Ten
Being in service with chime, I love it! I would recommend everybody to use chime and start the Chime credit builder account! They report every 30 days to your credit scores. Seriously, you cant beat that
- The credit builder account is the best feature about this software, I truly believe that this software can help build the whole world economy
- I trust and use Chime, always will, and will continue to provide Chime services to all around
- The only minor problems I see is the timing it takes to Deposit from ACH
- Kind of not a big fan on waiting 4 to 7 days on transfers

Best software, but support that makes you wanna pull out your hair!
Except for support I have been thrilled with Lofty. The only frustration has been support and the requirement to repeatedly say the same thing over and over.
- Amazing software, integrated, automated, and very easy to use
- While there are a few limitations of the website, it looks and functions amazing
- Customer service response timeline is slow
- Like 24 hrs for an email response, and a large chance that the email response from support will ask for information that has already been asked and sent or was listed in the original request
- After 7 days of back and forth with 3 different representatives asking the exact same question I moved to chat
- They take almost 10 minues to respond to each chat message, but if you do not respond in less than 2 they start messaging asking if you left the chat already
- It is not the fault of the reps, but is the fact that Lofty has them talking to multiple people at once, so they bounce between tasks and questions, and conversations trying to keep up and provide a very low level of service response time

- They have guides and walkthroughs for technology that they say they don't actually support
- Why even have it in your instructions and guides if you don't have it
- They can easily waste your time
- If you absolutely need Lofty, I understand, but there are better more affordable CRM's out there

Lofty - Least Innovative CRM
I would not recommend Lofty, the only reason we used it is because our google ppc provider funneled our IDX leads through there. Would never buy outside of that.
- It was a basic CRM that did have some functionality
- AI chatbox was helpful and affordable, however you get what you pay for
- They are behind almost every CRM company for real estate in many ways
- Their support system for users is really lacking, they were hard to get ahold of and rarely knew how to help me with specific questions
