Review of System
This is the 6th different CMMS I have used in my career, and I feel like MC is one of the easier to use out of the systems I have experience with. Being an online program, it does not have a noticeable lag in information processing like some online systems do.
- Overall, the system is very easy to use from the user interface standpoint
- Would like to see PM schedules for Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annual, Annual tied together more, and would like if they adjusted based on PM closed date
- If I take a month to complete one interval and want to push everything back by one month, I need to open 4 different schedules and adjust them individually

Maintenance Care was Easy to Setup and Use
Overall we are happy with our decision to use Maintenance Care. There are enhancements that we would like to see and we understand that some of them are in development.
- The setup was relatively easy from an administration perspective
- The maintenance request portal is easy to navigate from a user perspective
- The vendor email piece is a bit cumbersome
- Also, the daily snapshot could be more user friendly
- QR code assignment to locations and assets would be a very nice feature

Nice but could be improved upon.
It is a very user friendly software, easy to manipulate, but currently there are areas that could use enhancements to continue to grow with our organization. We started out and this was perfect to get our new system up and running, however we are outgrowing the functionality of the current version we are using and would like to see more of what it can do to meet our needs.
- The software was very easy to setup and update the basic parameters that it has
- Entering and creating PM work orders is also very easy
There are areas that could be improved upon to help smaller organizations continue to grow; better information inputting, tracking of vital statistics related to facilities management, creating an accounting portion or report that would track time, avg time, and cost of work orders by individual work orders, weekly, monthly, annually would greatly help in demonstrating our expenses and time for each of our programs

SIMPLY THE BEST
My overall experience has been GREAT. From the first introduction, to downloading us on the upcoming events to get us connected, the staff is super friendly and wants to assist you in every step of the way, and open-door policy to call with any concerns. Our maintenance man said it is by far the easiest request platform he has ever used.
- I like that we can streamline all of our maintenance management into one location for our 12 locations
- Fast and friendly team helping us get through the learning curve with excellent customer support

Great Bang for your Buck
Customer service team is exceptional. From tech service to billing department, they are all knowledgeable and efficient. It's a great value compared to many others out there. And, because we don't need a lot of bells and whistles, it serves our purposes well.
- Maintenance Care is just enough without being too complicated
- We use it mainly to create and track work orders as well as generate hours for billing and payroll
- It's a great tool that allows us to write out exact instructions and communicate with our maintenance tech
- We keep it pretty simple and Maintenance Care allows us to do just that
- Again, we use it in a simple manner and haven't noticed any glitches as of yet

We didn't use all the services that were available in our previous program...and all those services were part of a costly package. We chose to narrow it down to "only what we needed" and found Maintenance Care to fit that bill.

Great Decision!

Work Orders
It's simple, quick and easy to use unless I have to close old jobs out
- I like the ability to send detailed work orders to our maintenance crew quickly and accurately
- They receive them immediately on their tablets
- Because some maintenance people are not sure how to close their jobs when their done I must go in and do it for them
- Maintenance Care can only close one job at a time
- It would be easier and more productive if I could close multiple jobs at a time

Maintenance Care is a suitable work order task manager in that all related parties can view and share responsibilities to perform necessary work order tasks
- We have noticed new users sometimes have trouble using the software from the app
- It seems to be select features require a need for a tutorial to ease the transition of learning the software

time saver and peace of mind
easy to install maintenance care staff was there all the way until it was install and all staff was trained
- save a lot of time, no lost work order, easy to get reports
at first, since we are a French organization we couldn't use the accent , but now maintenance care did fix the problem
