I would choose them again, but faster
Our partnership with MemberLeap has been excellent. As I have stated above, we have significantly unique needs and MemberLeap has been eager to collaborate with us to solve for those needs on ambitious timelines.

- But what gives MemberLeap the distinct advantage is their dedication to improving the product in customer-centric ways

- It is hard to think of reasons to not like MemberLeap
- As I said in my title, our association is very pleased with our partnership thus far

Solves Multiple Business Needs
I've been using MemberLeap for seven years, and the service and support is outstanding. They consistently release new features in response to client needs, and it has been pretty transformative for my organization.
- MemberLeap consolidates so many functions into a single tool, which saves so much time and energy
- It's your website, database, point of sale, CRM, financial record, event registration, email marketing tool, member networking tool and even has a robust abstract submission and review feature
- It also has a public facing side and a member-only side, which was critical for my organization
- I'm sure I'm not thinking of many features, but the fact that it's a one-stop shop makes it incredibly valuable, plus it's scalable and affordable
Importing and exporting data can be clunky, and some modules don't "talk" to each other, so there is some manual data entry

Great group to work with
All positive. Our designers built the look of the site and the tech team helps us keep it up and running.

Memberleap Review
While the customer support is generally quick, we do feel that unless you push back, their answer tends to be "we can't do that" or " that is a customization, which will be an added cost"
- It seemed straight forward
- There was training that came with the program
- We do get quick answers when we have a question
- Everything seems to be an "add on"
- There is a disconnect between what the sales person tells you the program can do and what it can do
- Many of the functions we needed were considered a customization
- The reason we chose memberleap was that it seemed cost efficient
- But now we are paying as much as the other systems we were looking at cost

- I will say that given this is for the most part a turnkey solution, if you need something specific, they have the talent to accommodate, but it may be at a cost to do any custom work
- However, they are very fair, and they continue to invest in the platform, which is excellent
- Also, with any new service there is a learning curve, so you do have to invest some time as expected, but they are right there side-by-side to ensure you have the support needed
- I was excited to jump in and learn how to use the tools and capabilities and they have great online resources to assist you as well

- There are so many customizations, that sometimes it is hard to locate the correct setting, but we're happy about how robust the product is, and it's just part of the learning curve

Great Features and Support
We are very happy with how well the transfer to MemberLeap from our prior platform went, and, so far, our membership seem very happy with the move and the product.
- Staff were very responsive and helpful
- We received prompt assistance whenever we needed some setup tweaks to best suit our organization
A bit of a learning curve compared to our prior platform, but that's a welcome tradeoff to be able to better tailor the setup up for our organization

Bringing our Organization into the Future!
Our organization went from tracking everything on a multitude of different excel sheets to having everything automated by MemberLeap. It has been such a great experience and we have been able to focus on actual projects instead of just making sure things stay running.
- Member database, events calendar, membership cards, just everything being automated
- Also, their team is incredibly friendly and helpful, always looking for creative solutions to give you exactly what you need
- Not the most user friendly system
- There are a ton of help articles and demo videos, and the team is always there to help so you will be just fine
- Just expect to invest a good amount of time into learning how to operate it

MemberLeap A Customer Service Gem
As mentioned above, they have been top notch to work with. Always super helpful and willing to figure out a way to get done what we need. If you like the product you'll love the client service they offer.
- It's a pretty easy product to learn and has a ton of features
- Our members had an easy time logging on and adjusting to the new product
- The best part of MemberLeap is their customer service though
- They made our transition to a new system so much easier
- They always get back to you the same day or within 24 hours
- It's the reason why we have several of our clients on the product now
- The interface is not as simplified as it could be
- It would be nice to have everything in a column on the side so it's easier to get to, like Membership, Meetings, Store, etc
- Their reporting feature needs work also, too many steps to get the report you need

The Rhythm system was not very user friendly and constantly had bugs. It was also very expensive for what it offered and their customer service.
