My overall experience so far with MMIO has been great! I really enjoyed the onboarding call that walked me through how to use the the CRM and help functionality in the event I need assistance.

Launch 27 did not have the ability to easily invoice customer’s. Software customization was very difficult and required extensive support to change basic features. There was a significant learning curve to Launch 27 whereas I was able to master Modern Maid IO with several days of implementing the system in our business.

State to the Art CRM
I know I got the best user friendly CRM platform.
- MMIO is hand down the best user friendly CRM out there
- In the first hours I was able to create jobs, customers and integrate different programs on my own without previous experience setting up these type of systems
- The pricing parameter settings should be more customizable

I found more problems than solutions and that made the work really difficult that I just decide to switch and start all over again. The customer support was poor for the premium price you pay.

MMIO is The BEST
It's been incredible. I wouldn't change systems for anything.
- I love that MMIO is purpose built, meaning it is built with the lives of an owner/ operator and their employees in mind
- From scheduling to customer management, the system is unmatched
- I used another similar product previously and it didn't feel like the developers really understood what the cleaning industry needed when it came to a customer management solution
- Literally no cons at all
- I have to just put words here to meet the requirement
