A+ Support is easy to contact. Compatibility with hardware is good.
Overall good. Easy to work with. Learning curve was not bad.

Best phone provider ever.
I have been very happy with their product and service. They offer most anything you could think of.
- They manage everything
- Im already busy so when I have phone issues I can contact them and they handle it
- I cannot think of anything negative to say about Momentum

MOMENTUM - WHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE - AVOID THIS COMPANY
9 YEARS AGO THEY WERE OK AND SLID DOWNHILL ON THE SERVICE END OF THINGS - THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER
THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER -- WE HAD TO DO ALL THE CHANGES OURSELVES - WHEN FINALLY CANCELLING THEY CHARGE FOR AN EXTRA MONTH - THEN I CALL TO GET BILLING - I PAY ITHE BALANCE AND THEY SEND ME ANOTHER BILL - I CALL AND AM ONLINE FOR 12 MINUTES - CALL BACK ON MY CELL AND THEY GIVE ME A TICKET - COMPLETE LACK OF SERVICE

- kind of does what it does without us worrying about it
- So, there is little to no down time and no disruption to our daily business
- nothing comes to mind
- If there must be some least liked aspect of any service like this, I suppose that it would be the cost

A solid solution for SIP and data needs.
We are generally very pleased with our Momentum service. We came to them via an acquisition and despite a slightly rocky migration the service since going live has been outstanding.
- Momentum has been pretty consistent in terms of uptime, providing reliable service for our business
- The admin portal is easier to navigate and manage than our old Broadsoft system making most minor changes a breeze
The few times we've encountered higher level issues it's taken some work to get the correct support engineer on our case to get things resolved

Service is stable, and monitoring works well. Prior experience with support was slow but have not had issues lately.
- Our new account manager is super helpful, and service is stable
- Renewal process was not pleasant
- Prior account managers unwilling to work with our current needs
- At the time, were upgrading from a 10MB line to Fiber

Solid VOIP Provider
I've had a good experience Overall with Momentum. All services have issues on occasion, but Momentum is responsive and good at communicating with updates when there are issues. Their user portal call recording services are great to work with.
- Problems are uncommon, but support is responsive and available any time I have an issue
- The self-service portal and call recording services are both great
We sometimes have issues with voice quality and packet loss, but I'm not certain this is because of something momentum is responsible for

Telecom Done Right
We have worked with three different ISPs over the past ten years. Momentum has proven to be a valuable asset and partner in our business's success. Their technology has transformed how we operate in the post-Covid era, enabling us to be more flexible and connected than ever before.
Their communication about any maintenance, their technical support, and the account representatives are incredibly helpful
I haven't come across an issue that has made me want to leave any negative remarks

fairly good and stable as long as wifi is good
I like the fact that I can access my "desk phone" from anywhere as long as I'm in WiFi
- If I am in areas where WiFi is weak, then call connections do not happen on both ends of the call
- Meaning, I can answer the ringing app, however, the person on the other end does not hear me
