Great Cost Effective Option
Great! we used Nextiva for a long time, they have a great platform, I feel like with some updates, and good marketing, they could double their size.
- Nextiva was a cost effective way to provide phones to several employees
- With the help of our IT Team, we also were able to get all our phone calls to record
- Lack of training
- We didn't get any training on how to use the phone system
- Nextiva depends on the internet
- , so when internet is down, so are the phones

It was okay and I liked it at the beginning
Was a great company and that they have a great team of professionals and the products work
That there sales reps will say one thing and then go on leave and not even document what was said and then your bill is around 3,000 for the life of your contract

Good product
generally the system is good although my hardware is not great, the keys stick a lot.

Nextiva Support Great At Passing The Buck
I was charged $39 upfront the moment an account was setup. It has been 3 weeks and I still am not able to text. I dealt with support for an hour on this issue why my SMS registration. At the end of our conversation he said it was an internal matter and will be corrected at their end. Well, apparently that was completely false. They sent me an email that unless I respond the case number will be closed. Nothing was done. I was on the phone again for 50 minutes only to get passed around to 3 people with the end result of them hanging up on me.
So far after 3 weeks of not getting a straight answer in resolving my issue, there is nothing I like at all about Nextiva
- Extremely poor customer support
- No one seems to know what they are doing
- One thing they are good at is passing the buck to several people and never getting a concrete resolve in the issue of the SMS registration

You get what you pay for.
Terrible. I told them to let me out of my contract, and they did.
- Software was cheap, you get what you pay for
- Horrible customer service
- No one could take care of multiple things
- You have to be transferred multiple times with long hold time
- Took them over 3 months, couldn’t get our 10DLC done
- Took our next provider 2 weeks
- They had no follow up
