Great all-in-one option for fitness instructors
Their support is great and I had a good experience. Just know that getting an all-in-one option will mean that each feature may not be able to do as much as if you got it on its own, like email marketing. However, you save so much money getting all of these features in one place instead of paying for all of them separately.
- I used Offering Tree for my fitness business because it offered a way to set up Zoom classes that I could charge for with ease
- I also liked that it had all the basic features I would need for the business
- They have raised their costs and I understand the need to do so but for a small business like mine, I wish they had a more affordable option
- They do allow you to pause your account as needed

I decided to transition from 1:1 and group coaching to Zoom workouts and digital products. Offering Tree was a better fit for this change.

The Best Platform
My overall experience with OfferingTree is amazing. I love this platform so much. The templates are so easy to use, edit, and update. I love the way everything interfaces so efficiently for myself and for my clients and students. - When I first started with OfferingTree, there were certain functions that were perhaps not yet available, for example: having to manually block out time on my appointment schedule for an event
- OfferingTree has now added that feature to automatically block event times they continue to add features and streamline services in order to make OfferingTree more efficient

I like the fact I can create my website and provide my scheduling platform on the same site
- When I was with Momoyoga, I was able to allow my clients pay with different platforms, PayPal or Stripe
- To add content to my platform like courses it is not as interactive or easy as Thinkific or mykajabi

Very positive. The onboarding process was handled efficiently, and the staff were quick to help me rectify the small number of issues we had during that time. The support team continues to be helpful and responsive, and the added benefits of the community forum, many (MANY!) free business coaching sessions and business/growth-focused webinars have been a huge asset that I don't think any other wellness platform out there offers!
I love how responsive the OT crew is - they are always quick to respond to my service requests, and they take my feedback seriously, whether I'm struggling with a component of the software or suggesting a new feature that would be useful
I found the web and newsletter building interface to be less customizable than other platforms I've used - it takes a little ingenuity to get exactly the layouts and experience that I want for my clients

Ethical reasons. Secondarily, I didn't like that I was paying $40+/month for email marketing features simply because I passed 1000 people on my email list.

Top-notch company with excellent service, prices, and options. There is a lot of thought that goes into the making and constant upgrades of this product. I am very impressed with what I've seen so far.

Great for a solo practitioner
Overall I’m happy with OfferingTree. Customer support has been great. I know it’s a smaller company and I look forward to seeing the improvements that come over time.
- I like that it is all in one and easy to set up and use
- It connects to my calendar and Zoom which is very helpful
- I like that I can add code for tracking and marketing
- The limited number of automations is a bummer
- I was trying to make it work to have different email sequences for different products using conditions but could not get it to work
- I’ve never had a limited number of automations with any other service I’ve used before
- Also, just found out last night, unless you’re on the $99/month plan, emails are not sent from your domain address
- I’m actually very concerned about this due to deliverability with Gmail
- Honestly, I would have kept what I had at GHL for that price and it comes with a ton more features and design elements

I did not switch from Clixli, I was using Go High Level but that wasn’t an option above. It was too many bells and whistles and complicated to set up.

The best customer service
Love it and highly recommend it! It’s easy to use! My newsletter, payment, calendar, zoom, courses and appointments are all in one! Love it!

Best business decision ever!
From day 1 with OfferingTree, I’ve been so pleased. It was incredibly easy for me to set up my website and the people in customer service are so helpful and have always been very quick to respond to any questions I’ve had. OfferingTree creates helpful tutorials and hosts webinars to help you grow your business and make use of all their features. Another bonus is their Facebook Group for OfferingTree users, where you can often get quick answers to your questions and share great ideas with others. OfferingTree is constantly adding new and helpful features based on what their users need. I highly recommend OfferingTree!

Affordable, great support and many systems combined !
Overall, i would recommend this platform to someone whos just starting out and wanting to have multiple systems all in one! I also loved how you can link your zoom account and it automatically creates a link. The team at offeringtree have always responded quickly when ive needed email support - even recording simple follow along videos to educate me on what i needed to change to fix my issue!
- The platform is simple to use, making it perfect for people just starting out
- I was able to use the templates, and once i had more time, go back and refine and personalise my website a little more
- It is very affordable compared to other systems and doesn't have hidden extra charges that can quickly pile up
- I was able to have website, payment system, scheduling system and email marketing all in one which negated the need to purchase all of these separately and try to integrate
Probably just that the currency is in USD, so have to convert to make it relevant

Everything you need to run a yoga business
Brilliant - can't imagine using anything else
I love that it does everything I need - web hosting, bookings, email marketing - all in one platform
Some small glitches and it doesn't offer all the booking options I'd like, but the developers are updating it all the time
