Great integrations and workflows, massively improved Pabau 2
Overall Pabau is great for what you need. when it is flowing through it works wonders, some of the features are amazing for the business, especially the braodcasts, online bookings and so much more.

- Flow throughs for patient pathways
- Automated systems
- Customer tickets to report issues and how quickly they get resolves, The more I use the system on a daily basis the more i get from the Pabau system, just sending a marketing email on broadcast is very easy
- Implementing is easy with xero and other apps, follow this up with ticketed customer support that get actioned quickly 24/7 it is amazing
- I have also used the community topics folder to recommend what is best to help the system and they have taken some great recommendations
- The extras marketing plus, Care plus
- using credits for the AI feature and how the system is moving forward with any more plus features to make that extra couples of £££
- alomg with the price of the system does add up

It sounds great but the result is poor
Very poor. We are looking at switching to another software company.
- It sounds great and excellent functionality and would generate efficiencies
- There are endless software bugs that are embarrassing both for Pabau and for my business
- The support is highly inadequate, slow and cannot solve key issues
- It is crazy that Pabau changed over to Pabau 2 and the functionality got far worse

As a start up clinic
As a start up clinic, Pabau on-boarding has been a pleasant experience. The team is knowledgeable and dives right in to your back office processes with great suggestions when you need a digitized or simple solution. The software is agile and can achieve just about any scenario you can think of. I will rate the experience a 10 of 10
- Pabau Success team is impressive and the business model is really built to help you succeed
- I am an experienced IT Professional and 2 things stood out to me when evaluating Pabau 2 and immediately after our purchase
- The fact that the dev team built a new platform form to eliminate technical debt and kludgy performance, impressed me at hello
- I am mid on-boarding journey and the success team is available
- I say that again, I did not purchase a product to only be left learning with minimal support
- They check in, they provide work arounds and yes, I have witnessed them submitting bug fixes on my behalf
- The power of this software is meeting and succeeding my expectations
- Do not join the freeware crowd, your infrastructure can make or break you in time
- I want to enjoy running my business, not dealing with poor performing software
- Thank you Pabau, you're on the way to be the Med-Spa industry standard
- Probably the only feedback I have at this moment, is the number of emails I receive with follow ups and post meeting notes
- It can be overwhelming when you have 2+ calls a week with the success team and I am starting to become immune to them
- I know this will lessen as we get deeper into the on-boarding but the flip side it also demonstrates strong software capabilities which is exactly what I was looking for

"Yes, I also conducted an end user feedback on the other clinical software. It was important to me to that my team had a positive experience with our EHR. and clients with the patient portal. I am certain Pabau's intuitive UI will be a pleasant surprise for end-users and patients. Most other offerings are clunky and suffer latency issues bc of technical debt and improvements built on top of bad designs. I was drawn to Pabau 2 because the re-built the platform. I knew they had better insight this round to build a special SaaS knowing they were leaving the outdated features & technical designs in the past."

Medical Practice owner/Physician Assistant
Have been friendly and helpful aside from not discussing credits and their importance in practice. They promise 24/7 access to assistance and I really hope this is the case. In the past, our EMR experiences once we went live we couldn't get assistance for days at a time.
- I appreciate that they are helping me setup the account and tailoring it to my practice
- I love that I will have everything in one place for managing our practice
- Not sure how the credit system will work for primary care as I have to use credits for daily use
- This was not explained prior to signing the contact
- The onboarding has been pretty smooth to date
- I am anxious to move our patient data over and see how accessible the information in within Pabau
Switched From
Elation is very limited and feels 20 years behind technology. It is just not what need anymore. AND customer is bleek at best.

Amazing user friendly software
10/10 Pabau is a user-friendly and efficient software that makes managing the clinic so much easier. It offers a wide range of great features for scheduling, patient management, and marketing—all in one place. It’s also reasonably priced compared to other systems, making it a great value for what it provides.
- Pabau is an amazing all-in-one clinic software that keeps everything organized—patients, bookings, notes, and marketing—all in one place
- It’s intuitive, efficient, and a true game-changer for any aesthetic or medical practice
The only downside is the e-prescription feature—I wish it could send prescriptions electronically to the pharmacy instead of via fax or email, since most pharmacies don’t check those regularly

- It an all in one CRM system and it's simple to use with great customer support

- Marketing plus is not as great as I anticipated and needs to be better value for money as it's quite expensive

- Pabau is an excellent, user-friendly system that’s incredibly easy to navigate, even for those new to clinic management software
- The platform’s layout is intuitive, and the features are clearly designed
- What stood out most was the outstanding customer support - the team was responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to accommodate my busy schedule throughout the onboarding and training process
- Their guidance made the transition seamless, and I always felt supported at every stage
- It isnt necessarily a negative but the on-boarding process is very in-depth and detailed, which is great for ensuring everything runs smoothly later on
- However, it would have been helpful to know in advance how many onboarding calls and configuration steps were involved so I could plan my time accordingly
- That said, the system works really well and the on-boarding sessions were very useful
