About PhoneWagon

PhoneWagon is a cloud-based business communication solution that enables small enterprises to manage marketing campaigns and track return on investment (ROI). The platform also allows users to track customer behavior, progress and more. Primary features of PhoneWagon include call recording, greeting/whisper messages, custom-call tagging, email summaries, call alerts, visitor and keyword-level tracking and automated text replies. Its call tracking functionality enables users to gain insight into multiple marketing campaigns (e.g. cost per lead, ad spends, revenue and conversion rate details). PhoneWagon includes a real-time reporting module that allows users to view call activity, for example, caller name, recordings, call tags and lead segmentation. Plus, the platform integrates with various third-party applications such as Google Adwords, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack and Google Analytics. It is available on a per month subscription pricing and support is extended via phone, email, documentation and online helpdesk.

Unparallelled Support and Ease of Use

What they liked
  • The personalized support would be one of the biggest reasons with this product
  • I think our rep and his team are based in Chicago and I'm literally on the other side of the world in Melbourne
  • The timezones never match but they are willing to make time and help run through issues I'm having - they do really go over and beyond with their service
  • All the minut special requests have been added for the Australian market hence joining in October and it's been a quick turn around time
  • Have my support 100% and looking to slowly grow this company

Horrendous customer service but an fair decent and mature product for its price-point

The tangible product is fairly well-developed for its affordable price. However, the service buisness practices are quite poor.

  • The PhoneWagon software allows us to seamlessly track phone calls for our clients and has resulted in making sure the campaigns are being run correctly
  • The ability to look at the reports and segment different calls is very helpful to understand the traffic source for each phone call
  • We like how customers can login to the software and we can give the client different levels of access
  • Also this team cares about it's clients and is helpful in any way possible

Simple call tracking that covers all the bases

Great customer service and the tool is simple to use.

Terrible support

PhoneWagon has the worst customer service in the world. You can basically contact them weeks by emails or live chat, they just don't reply. They just don't care and take the money. I don't understand how a company can treat clients like that in 2021.

  • It takes very long time to have a phone number
  • For having accessed to report, we have to log-in again
  • It's like we leave the platform to reach a new one

A great solution for handling customer's calls and messages

It has helped us a lot. We can assign different numbers to different departments, play recorded messages, record calls and streamline our contacts

  • It is very easy to use and gave us so many numbers
  • Plus, another beautiful thing are the 'Dynamic' numbers which can be used to track individual customers for better marketing and problem-solving
  • It's not only cheap compared to other solutions, it's also easy

Great user interface phone system and call flows for our small business

Overall PhoneWagon has been really good. It was very easy to setup and implement call flows, forwarding and voicemails. I love the call recording features as well. The user interface is very good and makes things easier to find.

Our plan is limited to a few numbers and minutes which as we grow in the future will make our plan considerably more expensive
