- I am coming from using Wix and Wix has lost their minds when it comes to their pricing but also their customer service is really bad

- I am still learning though so I may be missing something

Not worth giving them money
Functional but a constant stress and headache where you have to check to make sure your website is working on a bi-weekly basis, occasionally have serious problems like sale galleries not loading images, only for the staff to not listen or attempt to fix it. I'm leaving this negative review because of my experiences with them being challenging. Pixpa is for people who don't want to take their business seriously.
- It works most of the time - Kind of affordable but a poor quality product for the money given the headaches - Simple until things go wrong, which happens regularly - Great if you don't want to take a business seriously - Good for side hustles that can be second tier quality
- Poor customer service for anything remotely complicated - Customer service doesn't listen to your problems if they don't know how to fix them - Website services fail regularly - Website requires constant supervision for errors - Limited design choices - Varying upload speeds and consistentcy of service - Inability to analyze your sales in any meaningful way - Inability to aggregate customer data in any meaningful way - Many other very important but missing features - If their website services fail and lose your business money, there is zero recourse, customer support doesn't care

My experience with Pixpa
Over the years I have switched between several website providers because they offered too little focus on showcasing visual work. Pixpa allows me to present my work effectively.
- Website creation is intuitive and user-friendly, Pixpa provides really nice and versatile options for displaying and managing artwork, photography, and the overall clean, professional look of the website
- Customer support is quick and helpful, always responding within a few hours
They don't offer an integrated domain registration, so you have to go through a third-party provider and manually connect your domain to the website, which adds some extra setup steps

Very happy the 24/7 customer service is the quickest I've ever experienced and they are immediate to help or resolve a query.

I’d absolutely recommend Pixpa
I recently redesigned my photography website using Pixpa, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I was looking for a platform that would let me showcase my work beautifully, load quickly, and still give me the creative control I need. Stunning image presentation My portfolio photos now look amazing. Clean galleries, beautiful layouts, smooth transitions. Ease of use Even though I’m not a developer, Pixpa’s interface is intuitive. Dragging in new galleries, rearranging items and tweaking layouts. I was able to make significant changes without needing external help. Design flexibility I liked that I could customise the site so it aligns with my brand: the colours, fonts and spacing. Everything works together to give visitors the right impression. It looks professional and polished.

All in all I am really pleased and I highly recommend it. The couple of times I've had trouble setting someone up, costumer service has been really fast and helpful.
I love the ease of use and different price points depending on your specific needs - particularly if you need some minimal footprint

I will continue to use Pixpa. I feel like for small businesses its a great platform. Do it yourself why not. Instead of hiring experts when everything is easy to use. Very Very Very affordable too

Simple to use and allows you to punch above your weight
It has been really good and I would recommend it. I don't know how good its advanced features are as I don't need them.
- It is easy to get up and running quicky with a style template that you can edit yourself if you want
- It is not expensive compared with others buy you can exaand funtionality to match your needs
- I loved the fact that I had support available to help me too
