Great Time Tracker
I find it a really valuable tool for tracking time spent on projects. It is also easy for supervisors to see what team members are working on and how much time they take to complete tasks.
- I like that we have the ability to specify projects and specific tasks

Quickbooks Review
I'd say our experience was pretty good. I think our company just outgrew quickbooks and too much data had caused it to crash. The support team was always helpful.
The use of quickbooks time was super easy to input each week and then also pulling detailed reports for job cost & etc
- I'd have to say we used Quickbooks for quite some time, when you would input hours into timecard area you had to put separate line items for overtime
- Also, if too much data was put in it would cause the system to crash

We switched from Quickbooks to Foundation Software. We switched because we grew too big for use of quickbooks

Great option for freelance work, managing time
Overall an amazing resource especially when working for a small business
As a freelance working, quickbooks time makes it easy to clock in and out of different times, and manage remote work easily
- Sometimes it can be a little glitchy, and clock me out when I was still working
- Also sometimes I will think I switched jobs then look back and it's on the wrong job

Expectation Exceeder
My overall experience with QuickBooks Time is a fantastic one. It exceeded my expectations and makes my daily work task much easier.
What I like the most about QuickBooks Time is the fact that I can keep track of hour with ease of mind that it is done correctly
The thing I liked the least about QuickBooks Time is all the authentication methods to log in but it is understandable because then I know my information is safe

- Overtime tracker doesn't always work

- Mileage tracking is a separate cost
- Cannot clock in to multiple jobs

Might be good for small business
I think it would work great for a small business with few employees. We have 25-30 employees at any given time and it is just is not cost effective for us
- Works well with QuickBooks Payroll
- Easy to use Time Clock data in the payroll system without having to transfer or download data
- QuickBooks time is too costly for the our needs and the number of employees we have
- Also, our employees like having an app

Quickbooks Time saves you Time!
Great way to handle timesheets and job hours, saves you lot of time you can use doing other tasks or jobs.

Not a huge fan, but easy to use
I enjoyed using quick books time, we no longer use it nad have switched to using paychex time and attendence instead.
The most I like about quickbooks time, is that is super easy to use on your phone and to be able to clock into and out of jobs very easily
I least like about quick books, is that employees could go on there and fix their times themselves and that may not always be accurate

Save time with QuickBooks time!
Our overall experience with quickbooks time has been very pleasant and helps set out mind at ease. It makes payroll extremely easy to calculate.
This app allows us to show proof of work on the jobsite and comes in handy if any clients feel that no work was done
The pricing is high but it is totally worth it for a larger scale company who may be legally bound to jobs
