What they liked

I like the templates function in rasayel which saves you from typing a particular sentence repeatedly

  • What I don't like is the limitation of the templates
  • A user shouldn't need an approval from an administrator to create templates since the user knows the kind of messages he/she sends to the customers
  • Another dissatisfaction is the expiration of chats
  • We don't have reintroduce ourselves every 24 hours
  • Also I can only send pictures as pdf files And i can't even send two files at the same time so that makes two introductions
