A great SMS solution for Businesses to serve their customers and community
The solution, servicer, and support has exceeded my expectations.
- The HubSpot Integration is #1 and the chrome extension has actually proven to set this solution above the competition
- It was important for us to be able to communicate with our customers in a personal way and TextRequest was the only solution we found that integrated with HubSpot in a way that promoted live and natural sms engagement
I was initially concerned about the use of a chrome extension but that has turned out to be a positive and important aspect of what makes TextRequest the best solution for me and my team

Great Tool for Small Business
We use it several times per day, every day! It is user friendly and has saved us time and money!
It was very easy to transfer our contact information over from our previous software

- Everything you need is there
- Templates, key words, notifications, multiple users, affordable, easy IT Support, sending photos/documents, able to quickly respond to clients, and send emojis
- I wish it did not cut the character count in half just because I add one emoji to the message
- That is really my biggest complaint
- So not so bad lol

Nice platform to use.
Overall, it is a nice platform that is easy to use and provides an uncomplicated way to communicate with others.
- The ability to schedule messages makes sending messages easier and more convenient
- I additionally like the platform's layout; it is pleasing to the eye and makes locating contacts very straightforward
- I'm not too fond of the resolved feature, ideally, it helps you to keep an eye on conversations that may need to be handled at a later time, but the fact that you have to select resolved after every reply can be cumbersome
- I am also not a fan of the incoming message notification chime ( it does sound off until you open the platform, which is a good thing), it does not always sound and there have been many occasions that I missed or was too late responding to messages because I received no notification

It's okay, with exceptions.
It's pretty easy except for the Contact List not being functional. I need to be able to import a list of contacts.
- It's easy to use, but the Contacts List function doesn't work
- I also need to be able to import a list of contacts and that seems to be a missing function
- The contacts link doesn't work, so you have to send a message to someone to be able to add them to your contacts list
- The training shows how to use it, but the link doesn't work

It's been wonderful. We're really enjoying the service!
- I love that I can be logged into all of my centers and see their SMS messages in real time versus logging in to each individually
- I am also really excited about improving our presence on Google with the Google Review feature
- I also really love that its set up to mark messages as resolved/unresolved versus read and unread, so that the things that still require attention don't get buried in new messages
- I could go on and on - bottomline, we love Text Request
- I would have liked more help in setting up our contacts and templates

It's A Great Way to Communicate
My overall experience, through the last few years, has been excellent. We did use it for everything for a few months when our integrated option failed us. We would export, copy and paste, and then customize all of our reminders and appointments for the next day to send as a group text to all appointments in that same time range. It worked for the most part, we just wanted to eliminate the part of having to export all of the data, then manually pull the numbers for those specific times, and create specific group messages out of those numbers on a daily basis. Too time consuming, once again not their fault.
- The chrome extension is something I use on a daily basis, to click a number on a page and send a quick text to it, either reminding them to sign something, look at something or to simply communicate
- The ease of contacting anyone that needs contacting is why we keep Text Request, as it's not our main source of customer interaction but it is by far the easiest and fastest
- The separate dashboards with different numbers, for different users, or shared users (however you want to set it up) is another huge plus
- One department can use one number, while another person has access to that plus their own if needed
- Definitely scalable with growing companies
- If it were to integrate with our main program we use for scheduling and routing, we'd solely use it
- But our program doesn't play nice with others, so it's really nothing that I can blame them for
- We really have no choice but to use the integrated option because all others just fall at the wayside when needing to use the data we've already entered
- Other than that, it's perfect for general daily use and to contact clients or customers quickly and efficiently, and keeping everything organized how you want it

Simple Solution for GREAT Communication
Overall, I am very pleased with Text Request and the variety of features they provide to enhance our communication with clients and team members!
Text Request is simple to use and allows us to view our messages from multiple screens
We have had some issue implementing the SMS chat feature into our website and that is frustrating

Text Request is the BEST
Amazing! I cannot say enough about this app!!
- We switched to TR about 6 months ago and it has been amazing
- The ease of use and the customer engagement through social media is one of the best features I have seen
- You can chat with them daily if you really want and even to ask a minor question
- They offer incentives to use their "Champions Club" and engage with us by sharing stories and tips from their entire team
- I have found the only downside is not having a 30-second delay in sending the text so you can stop it from going out to the wrong person etc

- Sort of like email features where you can rescind the message quickly if it's gone out by accident
- They are not able to delete a text that has gone out for specific reasons which I understand but maybe a delay of some kind can be implemented
