Learning management software with nice features
Verified reviewer
- Ability to customize the look and feel of the site to our brand, as well as tracking all of our employees courses and completion in one place
- TONS of content to pick from to keep CEU's up
- Integration with playing their content off a 3rd party site has been a struggle
- Content does not report back properly, causing training issues

Excellent for Non-Profits
The experience has gone well so far with Relias. It suits our need for training and there are many options for learners.
- Relias is a good learning management tool especially if you work at a non-profit with substance use services and mental health
- Many of the videos are tailored toward this sort of work
- Relias is not integrated with out HRIS - Paylocity so the training documents are not stored in one central place
- If we need to gather then we will need to log into Relias

Did not offer all the types of training we needed.

Do not use Relias
Poor experience, Relias will nickel and dime you for everything, account rep was not good, poor communication. I cancelled my account, however, they did not close the account when requested, instead kept it open, then sent to collections. Selfish, unethical jerks.
- I do not have any pros to speak of about Relias, not a good company
- Very expensive, unethical company
- They will not cancel your account when requested, they will keep you account active after requested cancellation and send you to collections
- Customer service is poor, takes time for the account rep to get back with you
- Outdated software, need to click through multiple screens to get where you want to go, confusing
- Do not recommend, there are other companies out there, do not use Relias

User friendly system
Good. Training was easy to assign and complete. Videos were informative and clear. Ability to print transcripts and review compliance was helpful.
- User friendly software
- Ability to access training modules on mobile devices
- Easy to pull transcripts and training modules
Relias was not able to generate a syllabus giving an overall review of what the each training module entailed

If you're not learning.. You're loitering!!
Overall I have been happy with Relias. It's does a great job doing exactly what it's intended to do. My dad use to say "if you aren't learning, you're loitering. Learn something every single day." Relias actually helped me learn a "lot of something's" countless times. So my dad would likely approve too if her were still here!!
- While working as a direct support professional in a men's group home, one of the benefits our company offered was an abundance of continued education in our ever-changing field
- Relias Learning uses a straight forward approach in teaching & doesn't flood your mind with unnecessary knowledge that is most likely instilled in us from birth
- I loved being able to renew required certificates, while on the couch with my family in the evenings
- The Oregon Adminstrative Rules are constantly updating & making changes to their regulations & requirements
- When you work with individuals with intellectual disabilities, or anyone part of a vulnerable community
- It's crucial that we are in compliance at all times
- Relias Learning is a program that allows you to work at your own pace
- Your employer sets the deadlines for completing whatever courses you've been assigned
- The website is simple to navigate & does all the communicating with the employee, in terms of whether or not you met the learning deadlines
- Hopefully you are informed in advance about the amount of time you have to meet the requirements
- A few of my coworkers over the past few years were temporarily suspended until they completed the modules, re-certified or whatever the case happened to be
- Its required to watch videos on some of the modules
- You aren't allowed to skip any of them without 100% completion of the video
- At the end of some lesson you will answer several multiple-choice questions
- If you have not paid attention to the video, then you will have no idea how to answer these questions
- Some of the instructors speak ridiculously slow & don't seem to be enjoying the process
- There's often no inflection in their voice which can be somewhat annoying & I have been know to lose interest faster then I should

Aids in our ongoing professional development efforts
Relias provides efficient reporting to satisfy professional growth, although an early learning path configuration of teams could use an improved navigation approach.
- Relias enables me to create regular high quality education amongst our teams
- Our capacity to create individual and departmental reports has proved invaluable in terms of showing our commitment towards quality care
I was literally wandering in and out of various screens to configure individualised learning paths to various groups of staff

Relias Traning
My over all experience with Relias has been good. I get to ear CEU credits for my recertification and also learn more about my job position.
What I like most about Relias is that I can learn more about my position, I can also learn about other fields that I might be interested in
What I like least about Relias is, when I'm looking for certain training's to do, there not available

Relias is DSP's/caregivers training at own pace
I utilize relias at work and its fantastic it refreshes my mind on very important topics and procedures that i need to be trained on but may not utilize very often or even at all. It shows videos that are very easy to follow and detailed enough that you wont forget. It issues a certificate once you pass the training making it easy to know how long its been to schedule my recertification on that subject. Also allows me to keep track of all my training which looks great on a resume.
- I loved that when the next courses came out i could complete them at my own pace
- I loved how detailed the scenario videos were and if i got a wrong answer i was able to go back and take it over
- Everything about it applied to my workdays and was helpful retraining things i may not have ti utilize on a daily basis but need to know
- I loved that it showed me certificates after passing each course on it and made me feel like i accomplished something wuth havibg a certificate
- Some of the videos were very long and would only have 4 questions
