Smooth Operations and Great Support with Rental Ready

Overall, our experience with Rental Ready has been excellent. We haven’t encountered any major issues so far. The platform’s intuitive navigation makes daily operations smooth, and the ticketing system is highly effective in managing and resolving property-related concerns promptly. It has significantly improved our workflow and helped streamline communication and task handling across our team.

Great organisation and support

Overall, my experience is great. I am aware I do not use all the features it has to offer but for the moment I like to keep it simple and organized and Rental Ready helps me doing so I appreciated the team responsiveness and help for the times in which I needed their support

  • What I appreciated most about RentalReady is how easy they make everything
  • The service allows me to start the day having a visual organization of what's going on and I feel like I am in control of what's happening
  • I can easily message with guests and translate their messages in multiple languages for a smooth comunication I can manage my reservations and my guests while having all calendars easily accessible
  • If issues occur I find the team to be responsive

I would like to have more integrations with other platforms that could allow me to connect each listing on typical short term platforms such as Airbnb and Booking but also others

It's overall a wonderful tool used in our day to day operations. It's user friendly and the support of this tool communicates fast.

The Ease of use

i would say very good, but i feel it could be better, not many things to change, but it have been some changes

Ease of use, it's very easy, the mailbox is the thing I like, also if we can upload pictures for pre-approvals that will be amazing

changing the name of the things, eg the global calendar, also when moving the dashboard to be in the missions

  • Not much to report overall
  • As a Revenue Manager, I would have simply appreciated more flexibility in managing the booking window—particularly the ability to automatically open orphan nights between two reservations
  • This would allow for even better optimization of occupancy rates and pricing flexibility

Effective Property Management System

Overall is a true 5 star experience so far. The operations team has tremendously improved the work flow and also we are able to handle the pricing in a more efficient way.

RentalReady is a great PMS for STR operators

Overall it's been really good, the team are very helpful and add new features regularly. They are quick to respond to any requests and the onboarding overall was a fairly smooth process.

  • RentalReady is a really great all in one PMS, it has really all the features you need to manage STRs
  • We manage around 300 units with them and it is a very comprehensive platform
  • The AI they have integrated into the inbox and reviews has saved us a lot of time each day

Integrations with some tools is a bit limited but they have a good API which we have been able to integrate with our ops system

RentalReady had a lot more features than bookingsync and especially our size of company
