Great product
We have an excellent user experience with ringover. It helps us to distribute incoming call and to dispatch them.
We have implemented the solution for our customer case service - Tracability of the call - Licence attribution
Since we took the yearly prepayment option, we are left with unused licences for the rest of the year

Great Software for making calls all over the world
Great, easy to use, easy to start and also learning curve is the fastest. There are some features that I still haven't tried and I would love to try them in a couple of days.
- Phone Usage is very easy and this is also a very good quality sound
- Also, the learing curve is super fast
- Sometimes and calling some destinations is a bit expensive
- If it had like a fix tariff for every country,I think it would be better

Extremely Disappointed – Account Blocked Without Any Clear Reason or Support
We recently purchased a Ringover account for our company’s business communication needs. Unfortunately, within just one week of activation, our account was suspended without any prior warning or valid explanation. Despite several follow-ups, including multiple emails to the support and risk control teams, no one provided a specific reason or evidence for the suspension. The only explanation given was a vague reference to “alerts from providers and authorities.” As a legitimate B2B organization, we had clear communication about our intended use before purchasing, and not once were we told that our operations might be non-compliant. To make matters worse, after the purchase, their sales representative stopped responding, and we had to activate the plan on our own. When the issue occurred, customer support completely failed to assist, and even after escalating the matter directly to the founders, we received no reply or resolution. This has been one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had with a SaaS platform. I expected professionalism, transparency, and accountability — instead, I got silence and a blocked account. I would strongly advise any business to exercise caution before purchasing from Ringover, especially if you expect reliability, clarity, and proper support.

Reliable, Feature-Rich VoIP Solution with Room for UX Improvements
Overall, my experience with Ringover has been positive. It’s a solid VoIP platform that delivers on functionality and reliability, particularly for customer-facing teams. Ringover great VOIP for Recruitment & Sales
My experience with Ringover was smooth, the onboarding was seamless, and the product was intuitive and easy to use. I like how it works and how it looks
- The best thing about Ringover, above all else, is the call quality
- I've used other systems, and the call quality has been atrocious
- I haven't had any issues with Ringover
- Secondly, it's easy to set up on desktop and mobile, so I can answer business calls anywhere
- Lastly, it integrates with my CRM perfectly, enabling me to click-to-dial contacts on the platform without having to type the numbers out
I could not get a UK mobile from RingOver unless we hit a minimum threshold of users, which we currently do not have

Dialpad support was very poor and also Dialpad did not offer the integrations we needed with our CRM

Top Quality Product
Very good product syncs very well and has all the necessary information in the system. Its technology is very modern and easy to use I would highly recommend the product to any business or individual looking for a state-of-the-art telephony system.
The commercial offering was much better than the other com [sensitive content hidden] who are offering a similar package but also the technology is very good both of the mobile and desktop perspective and also the accuracy of information loaded up into a CRM is very very accurate
The onboarding process was pretty painful right through to the length of time it took to initiate the contract, but also fix a few technical issues and get the product working as it should
