Rippling's user friendly best platform for HR, IT, Payroll, Benefits, all in one centrally located place
My overall experience with Rippling has been very positive. I see it as a powerful, innovative platform that solves real challenges for growing businesses by combining HR, IT, and Finance in one system. What stands out most to me is the automation and efficiency it creates for clients—it reduces manual work, speeds up onboarding, and streamlines compliance. At the same time, Rippling’s pace of innovation is fast, which can feel challenging, but I view that as exciting because it means the company is constantly pushing forward. Overall, my impression is that Rippling is not only transforming how businesses manage their people and systems but also creating huge opportunities for those who get to be a part of that journey

Some still view Rippling as just HR, which I like least, but I see it as an opportunity to educate and show the full power of the platform

My Personal experience as a Rippling user
Overall, Rippling made my HR experience very smooth, and I don't need to contact HR for my payroll needs, benefits queries and getting my leave requests approved. It is a very timesaving tool.
- Rippling is incredibly easy to use
- I liked how everything -payroll, benefits, and onboarding - was in one place
- The tool can be customized easily for learning and goal management
- The user interface is clean, modern and intuitive and is very user friendly
- Sometimes the customer support response time felt slow when I had any urgent questions
- The mobile application is convenient to use but doesn't have all the features that are available in the desktop version and is sometimes buggy

Current employer uses Rippling and does not use Prestige Go for payroll needs.

A marvellous experience on the whole
This expansive software suite has been transformative, having consolidated payroll, Human Resources objectives, and online training into a single source, thus simplifying what had previously been a complex web of different programs to navigate in order to fulfill daily task sets.

- Upon becoming further acquainted with its quirks, Rippling has become an invaluable software suite which I have been able to assist my fellow colleagues with
- The transition from our previous payroll software to Rippling was rough, although once we adapted to it, we found it to be quite user friendly
- The previous software was easiest to utilise via smartphone and difficult on a desktop computer, whereas Rippling can be utilised on a smartphone but is most user friendly via desktop computers
- Also, our default time off is always set to twelve hours when it should be for only eight, requiring us to include a special notation with each and every time off entry so as to ensure that we do not burn through our time off balances prematurely

All-in-One Solution That Simplifies Work and Payments
I really enjoy using Rippling! It’s not only where I get paid, but also a platform that gives me easy, direct access to everything related to my payments, worked days, requests, and even performance indicators. It’s incredibly user-friendly and intuitive. Plus, I love that it offers multiple options to withdraw money without excessive fees — it truly makes managing payments smooth and stress-free.

I can’t think of anything specific right now, but if I had to mention something, it would probably be that occasional updates can take a bit of time to reflect — though it’s never been a major issue

Worth the cost for handing off the repetitive tasks
Rippling renders many minor, repetitive tasks obsolete. It takes time to set up workflows, but once they are set up the way you like, they work like a charm, and you don't look back. Their customer service is excellent, especially the quarterly check-ins with my dedicated Account Manager.
- Integrations with other software, customized workflows, and ease of use in finding what we're looking for
- Payroll is easy to use and customizable to our needs
- This includes the employee profiles for easy management and our various leave policies
- The cost is slightly higher than that of other companies
- There are some delays in their product roadmap on select items, but they are constantly improving their product and actively requesting feedback from customers, which is excellent

Gusto was way cheaper but their customer service wasn't good and its not capable of handling high employee counts (over 50)

I've had nothing but an absolutely phenomenal experience with Rippling. Rippling truly exceeds expectations.

- Rippling is an all-in-one platform that has taken us from ancient and time consuming processes to a place of significantly increased productivity and efficiency across multiple departments
- Strictly pricing
- There's nothing else about the platform that I could really say is a con other than wanting the entire library of products and having to pay for each on individually - making the pricing a bit more expensive

ADP is awful. I would list out all of the issues we had, but I'm sure at some point I would be cut off due to character overload.

Rippling Ease of Use
It has been a good experience, locating and using the features as needed, especially when I was actively paying contract employees.
- Rippling has many HR resources all in one place for easy access
- The site itself is easy to navigate
- I like being able to review my time card and PTO requests during the pay period
- And it is relatively simple to update bank accounts, pay splits, and benefit choices as needed
- I was not fond of receiving and reporting wage information from Rippling and not directly from my employer
- It appears that my organization has found a fix for this effect, so I'm pleased about that

Easy functionality for all
It's been a great experience using Rippling and it's support features. For the most part, configuring the system to our company's needs is seamless and getting the support via a contact or their chatbot is incredibly helpful.
- The user-friendly interface, both from an admin and employee portal, is easy to navigate and use
- It's simplified enough to find the answers you need
- The EDI implementation process for the Benefits application can be lengthy and confusing
- Once completed, it's great, but initial set-up can require prep work

Rippling: Comprehensive Job Management Features. All in one place.
In my experience, Rippling has been a very useful tool for tracking and reporting my work hours, following plans to improve my performance within the company, accessing all information related to my position, and tracking my goals. Additionally, it allows me to view available positions within the company. I can't complain at all.
What I like the most is all the different areas of my job position and the company that can be handled through Rippling, from tracking hours, payroll, escalating concerns, to applying for new positions and following improvement plans
I think notifications should be classified into three categories: those that require action, those that are curses, and those that are simply events
