Excellent experience! I was able to start working in Rolldog with no training, but had amazing support from [sensitive content hidden] whenever I needed it. The UI is simple to use and customizable to suit my needs. The customer service is wonderful and having my feedback implemented so quickly is amazing! I can't highlight that enough. Great experience overall. Support and the BDMs are very responsive and quick to jump on a call or email to answer questions.
- I onboarded one of my clients on Rolldog after meeting them at a conference
- We like the simplicity of the platform, and we also like the ability to contribute feedback that's taken seriously and often worked into their roadmap
- So it get's the job done
- It's still fairly new, so there is a lot of room for development on their roadmap
- It will get more features and more robust soon

- Really like the Opportunity Manager
- It really drills down deep into sales opportunities and gives you a good 'objective' view of where you are on a deal as well as where the weaknesses are that you need to focus on
- Sale folks in general have 'happy ears' leaning into the strongest parts of a relationship but sometimes not seeing the warning signs
- The Opportunity Manager really helps highlight these areas to strengthen the relationship and thus the outcome
- At first it was missing some tools that we really needed, like interfacing to an email campaign tool, email tracking via Outlook, and just a general lack of focus on prospecting versus once you are engaged with the prospect
- However, in the last couple of years the Rolldog team has really made strides in these areas and even released a Leads module to focus on the prospecting side, this has been a large improvement

Pipedrive was good but missing the level of detail we wanted especially with respect to once we were engaged with a prospect.
