Great Product
Our overall experience with Bigin by Zoho CRM has been nothing short of transformative for our small company. It seamlessly integrated into our daily workflow, proving to be an invaluable asset that significantly boosted our efficiency and client management capabilities. The combination of its remarkable ease of use, swift installation, and perfect scalability for a business our size makes it an absolute standout. It genuinely simplifies the complexities of CRM, allowing us to focus on building stronger customer relationships and growing our business with confidence and clarity.
- We absolutely adored the seamless ease of use and the incredibly straightforward installation process
- Bigin by Zoho CRM truly shines for small companies, providing an intuitive interface that allowed our team to hit the ground running almost instantly
- It felt tailor-made for our needs, simplifying our customer relationship management without overwhelming us with unnecessary complexities, making our daily operations remarkably smooth and efficient right from day one
- Our experience was largely positive, but if we had to pinpoint an area for growth, it would be the desire for a few more integrated third-party app connections
- Although it covers the essentials beautifully, expanding the ecosystem of direct integrations could further streamline workflows for specialized tools we use
- This is a minor point, however, given its robust and easy-to-use native functionalities that serve our primary needs exceptionally well
Why they chose it
"It had the best value for us. With our limited needs, it was a perfect match"

“The Complete 2025 Review: How Bigin by Zoho CRM Empowers Small Business Sales Teams”
Bigin by Zoho CRM tends to be a good fit when: - You are a small team (2-10 people) or startup. - You need basic CRM functionality (lead/contact/deal management, reminders, simple automations). - You want something you can setup quickly, and with minimal overhead (not a heavy IT project). - Price sensitivity is important. - You mostly work within simpler, linear sales pipelines rather than very complex, conditional processes.
- WHAT IT DOES WELL 1
- Ease of Use & Fast Setup - It has an intuitive UI, clean pipelines, and small teams can get started quickly
- - Less learning curve compared to more feature-rich CRMs; up and running in less than an hour
- 2
- Affordable Pricing - For microenterprises or mom-and-pop stores, Bigin offers a lot of essential CRM functionality at lower cost vs “full” CRMs
- - There is a free plan (with limitations), and paid plans that add more pipelines, workflows, records etc
- 3
- Pipeline-based Sales Tracking - Visual pipelines (drag & drop deal cards) are yells of ‘Way to go
- ’ - Good for tracking leads, contacts, deals, reminders; light automation for repetitive tasks
- 4
- Mobile & On-the-Go Functionality - The mobile app works well for me and my users
- Helps us as small teams stay in touch with deals when away from desk
- 5
- Simple Integrations - Integrates well with other Zoho apps and with Gmail etc
- LIMITATIONS 1
- Limited Features / Customization - As we scale up, or if we have more complicated processes, Bigin may feel restrictive
- Features that we find lacking include: more advanced workflow automations, complex reporting, cross-filters, deeper customization of stages
- - Once our needs grow, we need to move to full Zoho CRM
- 2
- Integration Constraints - While integrations exist, non-Zoho or less common tools sometimes are harder to connect or have less reliable syncs
- - Glitches with Gmail add-on or with email/web-form integrations
- 3
- Automation Limitations - Automation is more basic: recurring tasks are simple, fewer triggers/conditions, less sophisticated rules
- For example, stage transitions, automated follow-ups have constraints
- 4
- Onboarding Can Vary - Onboarding is less than ideal
- Sometimes slow, reactive rather than proactive
- - A few bugs/glitches or reliability issues appeared (e
- g
- missing form submissions, contacts disappearing) though not universal
- 5
- Scaling Up is a Challenge - If a venture has many users, many pipelines, or complex data, Bigin may not suffice long-term
- Moving up to Zoho CRM or other robust CRMs may eventually be needed
Switched From
- Lower Cost, Better Value at Entry Levels - Simpler UI / Less Complexity - Better Built-in Features Without “Add-On” Costs - Transparent / More Affordable Pricing as You Grow - Easier Migration & Setup from Spreadsheets or Minimal CRM Use

A reliable, efficient, and well-designed CRM for small teams
Our overall experience with Bigin has been very positive. It has streamlined our lead and sales management, improved team collaboration, and helped us stay more organized and proactive with clients. It’s a great fit for small, fast-moving teams who want clarity and structure without heavy admin work.
- Bigin is easy to use, visually clear, and highly effective for managing leads and sales
- The value for money is excellent — you get powerful features without the complexity of enterprise CRMs
- The system feels secure and stable, and the customer support team is quick and helpful whenever we have questions
- Email tracking and pipeline views make follow-ups effortless, and the mobile app is a big advantage
Some reporting and automation options could be more advanced, and integrations outside Zoho’s ecosystem are a bit limited
Switched From
We switched from MiniCRM because Bigin offered a cleaner, more intuitive interface and a smoother everyday experience. It’s faster, easier to customize to our workflow, and the mobile app is far superior. Overall, Bigin gives us better clarity, usability, and value for money.

clean, visual pipeline management interface and overall focus on simplicity
Sales reps spend less time on administration and more time focusing on leads. You can literally drag-and-drop a deal to the next stage and have the associated automation trigger instantly, which saves significant time.
- Bigin is specifically designed for small businesses and is built to manage only the necessary pipeline functions
- It cuts out the bloat you find in larger CRMs, making it incredibly fast to onboard a new team member and easy to navigate daily
If I had to pick one area I found less optimized, it would be the depth of third-party integrations, particularly with lesser-known or niche marketing automation tools
Why they chose it
"As a CRM its flexible immediate and very easy to deploy"

Great CRM for any startup
This has been a very postive experience with no complications in rolling out this new platform. It has provided good visibility of the sales function and allowed us to scale accordingly.
- This is a great compact CRM that allows companies of all sizes to bring their contacts and pipeline together very easily
- The setup and configuration is simple to use and it is great value for money
- Email sync was very easy to add and we are now looking at other aspects of the CRM that we can add through the marketplace
- There is nothing that is particularly negative when looking at Bigin by Zoho CRM
- The CRM is simple and this may mean that we need to migrate to another platform if/when we are growing further

One of the best I've ever tried
I have been using Bigin, Zoho's CRM for small businesses, and the experience has been very positive. The interface is simple and intuitive, which makes it easy to track customers and opportunities. Even though it is a lightweight solution, it offers useful automations and practical integrations with email, calendar, and other everyday tools. In addition, it is extremely cost-effective for those who are structuring their business processes. It is a great option for those looking for a functional, uncomplicated CRM focused on efficiency.
- The system is lightweight, visually clean, and very easy to use
- Its intuitive interface makes it simple to track leads and deals, while basic automations help save time on daily tasks
- Integrations with email, calendar, and other tools work smoothly, creating a more efficient workflow
- Some advanced features, such as fully customized reports and more complex automations, are still limited
- Also, the official WhatsApp integration could be more straightforward and affordable

Free version is excellent!
Overall experience is an A+ for the free version. I haven't found another free version that offers a sales pipeline.
- The free version has all the features I look for in a CRM/sales and lead management tool
- I was especially pleased to see that they have a sales pipeline that is customizable
It's a little tricky at first to figure out how to quickly search for what you need-a specific contact, for instance
