GREATEST CRM EVER!!!
Myself and all of my employees enjoy HubSpot greatly. We transferred from Monday last year and have had zero issues.
- HubSpot CRM is the easiest to startup, most organized, and has the most features
- My favorite part about it is the ease of use
- I wish there was an internal Email/SMS tool
- This would allow everything to be more seamless and connected

Wonderful B2B SaaS integration
It really helped my business. I was able to efficiently connect my SaaS application to a CRM and from there engage my customers and prospects with ease.
- It really helped me keep my customers organized and made it easy to contact them
- I also integrated the APIs into my product workflow which made it incredibly easy to sync my SaaS product with my CRM
- There was a lot of functionality and sometimes navigating everything was challenging
- I found a lot of the schema to be overwhelming and wish there was a more bare bones version with just a handful of properties per object

Still a good product
Hubspot has been a good CRM solution for us. I do feel like the support has gone downhill. It seems like there is a new consultant on our account every time I turn around, and they don't really provide much value.
- I find it fairly user friendly and there are lots of integrations available
- It is easy to segment lists for nurturing
- For us, it has been difficult to measure the ROI
- Additionally, they have had a couple of price increases

Hubspot Better Than SalesForce?
Great, it's been better than Salesforce and I am happy to be using all of the features that are within
The call from Hubspot features as well as the ability to sequence emails, integrations with other software
- The reminders to do University or Helpful hints, they are distracting and annoying
- I am relatively new on HS so sorry

HubSpot is a platform you should take a look at for your company
Overall we are very happy with our experience and are in the process of getting another 2 year agreement in place starting 12/31/25.
- HubSpot has been a great platform for us
- We use the email marketing features heavily and have found that it meets all of our needs
- When we do have questions or a support issue, the support has been very good - both via tickets and the chat options
- This platform provides more value for the money than other platforms we have taken a look at
- We transition from another SMS platform provider to the HubSpot SMS offering soon after it launched
- It is still behind other more mature SMS solutions but HubSpot is making progress in adding additional functionalities

Hubspot CRM Review
It's user friendly and intuitive. The way the information is organised makes sense so it's easy to pickup.
- I really like the way the information is displayed about the contact - with the payment details all on one side and the personal information on the other
- This makes it easy to quickly pull bits of information just from a glance
- I also really like how you can hide blank properties when you go into the more detail contact information
Sometimes the activity part in the middle that is the default feels a bit cluttered and hard to pull the most useful information easily out of

- The client intake and connectivity to our website has been great
- All of my leads are super accessible and the search feature is amazing since we have clients with similar names
- I love that I can tag others in the notes and tasks I create for potential leads and active clients
- The email tracking feature has also been very useful to find details if I have am looped in at a later stage
- They option of HubSpot academy is a great idea, i just wish there was more offered within the academy as well
- This software can do alot but you have to do the leg work to figure out what all you can do with it

Effective Tool If Accurate
This is a helpful tool when it is accurate. There are times it's not, but when it does, it makes the searching process significantly easier for me.
- I am able to sort clients by type, location, and even job title
- It is super easy to filter through areas and departments and find out exactly who I need to speak to
- There are a lot of times that the information is outdated or inaccurate
- It gets frustrating when I call up different businesses but the employee doesn't work there anymore

top notch user exoerience with easy to follow navigation and quick response times. i use this mostly on the go
- mobile app is great for on the go entries and very easy to use
- Ive used a handful of crm over my years and this is top 2
- cumbersome at time and filters need work but nothing to major to complaun about
- i dont use the deals tracker

Do Just About Anything With Hubspot, but Stay Organized
Overall, it was frustrating, but again, I think we had incomplete information. We've worked with other clients who had a designated hubspot team member and their organization/setups seemed to be much cleaner than what we experienced.
- Hubspot does a lot, and it has a lot of options for weaving all of that information together into actionable data, but it's really easy to get things mixed up and create messy situations
- I was not impressed with their support team when we spoke with them either
- Value for money was solid overall though
- Duplicate leads, and lead buckets, we had a lot of issues with lead routing and lead attribution for a system that had been inhereted
- Ultimately I think it would have been better start with a fresh account than modify an existing one
